terrible. tanner showed up in one hour from call. . . maybe they have NO business 'cause no one else in this area can do this! had a slow drip in master bath sink. this drip has been fixed many times on a delta faucet. also needed new faucet in kitchen installed. tanner, 24 yr.old with 1 yr. experience proceeded to 'jack me around' for over an hour. I said let's start with master bath drip. he said it would cost $157 for an assessment (or some vague plumbing term). Thank God he told me IF a part was needed it would cost $407!! the part is usually $10. i was stunned,shocked and HAD. it was $400 some dollars, my ears stopped at the 4! Never give a sucker an even break. buyer beware; there are many reputable here. had to pay $49 for NOTHING.

They did a good job, but super expensive. They charged $1500 in labor for about 8 hours of time (2 techs x 4 hours). That’s a labor rate of $1500 / 8 = $187 per hour. The average rate in Northern Arizona is about $100 per hour.

Cllinton, our Tech, was thorough and professional in all aspects of his time with us. he explained everything as he went, so we understood what the problem was and the best way to go about fixing, replacing and/or repairing our Heating and A/C Systems. We are under a Semi-Yearly Maintenance Program with AireServ, and it has saved us a lot of money, time and grief. We have had Clinton in the past, and were so happy to have him again. We trust his judgment completely. He even went so far as to help us install a recent New Thermostat we had just purchased. That was soooo appreciated. We would highly recommend AireServ and their Very Reasonable Maintenance Program. You won't be sorry - and Clinton is the BEST!

Air serv did a great job. I am selling my condo and the air conditioning was not working. Brian showed up on time gave me a price to diagnose And then educated me on what the steps were to do the fix Brian was very personable and nice and clean. thank you air serv and Brian.

Very well, Brian fixed our issue, and we will be having him install a new unit later this year.

Called and the next morning they were out bright and early and were done before noon. Excellent work and quickly.

The person who came to the house was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed my problem and offered a solution but it proved to be beyond my budget. However they didn't charge for the diagnosis which I appreciate.

I would highly recommend this company and their employees to all my friends. They were very professional and on time every day. They were here a total of 3 1/2 days and put the yard back as it was. I cannot say enough good things about this group of employees!!!!!!
