"Really hard sell from the salesperson. They pushed how they are the best for service. a three-month wait for the windows to be constructed. I called several times after three months to get an update but got zero response. Left messages and sent emails with no response. I finally got through to the national number by selecting the option to book an appointment for a sales call. I was redirected to the service department, and the rep said someone would call me back. Again, no response. They already charged me for the windows; otherwise, I would cancel the order."

I have had a number of highly qualified contractors take a look and they all agree that it was constructed poorly in this area. The shed was also constructed without adequate ventilation. I will be following up with the MHIC. I really thought Nick was honorable and would keep his word."
