The whole process was wonderful from start to finish. From the initial call to the demonstration and ESPECIALLY the installation was flawless. I would 10/10 recommend Eric and Spa City Windows to anybody that is looking into Energy Efficient windows.

My wife and I were looking for Quality, Entergy Efficient windows at a fair price that we could live with. We found that plus more. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the windows as well as the area. He guided us through the complete installation. The installer was an expert in his trade. He didn't mind us looking over his shoulder and asking questions. He was very nice. It's sad that the scale is set to only 5 stars, this job rates 7 🌟
