"This is the worst sprinkler company we have ever used. They used to be much better. We needed to have our system reinstalled after a year of disuse, as well as our control box. There was a lot going on here when they came out, and I never did monitor them. We xeriscaped our front yard and wanted to convert that to used less water. They charged us over $1000 to convert to higher sprays, but they kept finding leaks and the price kept going up. They were supposed to check our back and side yards too, but since they were here, several heads have broken off. Why didn't they do a proper inspection? Also they reinstalled my control box and it cannot be manually controlled, or programmed. When these leaks in the back happened, they charged me $100 to fix one pipe and replace a head (they claimed it had checked before and charged me to come out and do a replacement. WHY DIDN'T THEY DO A COMPLETE CHECK AND ESTIMATE THE FIRST TIME? I HAD ALSO THOUGHT OF DRIP IRRIGATION ON AN INITIAL VISIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. I mentioned this during the working visit and told me that it would cost me $6,000 or more--and this was AFTER they fixed some leaks."

We spent 30k on a brand new unit. 1.5 year later and we find ourselves on day 8 without an AC, now being told it may be another week “and if we don’t hear back from them by Friday, for US to call them again”. Do not be tricked by their initial caring demeanor. It obviously doesn’t seem to last. I have health issues, we have 2 senior dogs and are in Texas. It’s been pushing 90 degrees in our home and they can’t provide a solution to a ‘Cadillac of units’ that THEY recommended and we fell for. I am at a loss. Jon Wayne is the company that installed the unit, now they’re saying the unit ‘is grounded’ and ‘is like a heart that stopped beating’. Crazy that it’s supposed to be a top of the line unit that they compare to a Cadillac for the AC world, yet it stopped functioning after a year. Do yourself a favor and get other options and opinions before trusting them on something as important as cool air in your home. I can’t believe we are dealing with this. Now we’re 30k in, an additional 1k for their ‘warranty’ and still without a working AC. WOW."

"I was looking for a new Plumbing Service Company to establish a home service / repair relationship. After much research and finding excellent reviews I called Wills Plumbing & Testing Service. My experience was excellent ; from the initial phone call to initiate a service call , to the constant communication from Wills Plumbing office staff on the service calls progress , concluding with outstanding plumbing troubleshooting and repair from technician Gage Scott. My homes' inside water pipes were HUMMING like a church organ which is a very loud and disturbing sound. I was worried the pipes were going to vibrate and break, Gage Scott, Will's Plumber Technician, listened intently and was focused on my concerns. Gage asked questions about the past weeks humming sounds history and about the installation dates on certain items in the incoming water supply loop. Gage determined the Pressure Relief Valve {out by my SAWS meter} and the Expansion Tank on my Hot Water Heater weren't acting in unison as they should. Gage replaced both items, PRV and Expansion Tank . He set up each item at 60 psi. verifying each with pressure gauges. After the repairs were completed and the water supply back on, Gage checked the inside of all the house water faucets and tub performance. Gage was very thorough and focused during the troubleshooting and repair stages of my service call. He listened and answered my questions with patience and knowledge. He made the extra effort to obtain and install my particular choice of Pressure Regular Valve. I highly recommend Wills Plumbing and Gage Scott !!!"
