The sales presentation was very low pressure, making sure all my questions were answered and giving me time to evaluate the information and make my decision. I put my deposit down in mid-July and the windows were installed 8/25 which I felt was an excellent turnaround compared with what some of my neighbors have experienced with other companies. The installation team, Ryan and Mack, were great. They worked ten plus hours in my un-air-conditioned house on one of the hottest days this summer and took the time to get every detail right and then cleaned up everything before they left. We found out the hard way that not all home painters and restoration “experts” know how to deal with an old one. Jeff and his team are amazing and easy to work with. Jeff is onsite doing the actual work every day which is a huge benefit. He is good at problem solving on the job and works really hard. An excellent painter, he takes on a project as though it was his own home. And he is completely honest and fair, which is rare. The exterior of our old house looks fabulous and we will have him back to attack the interior. We would highly recommend him."
