Zach was our salesperson and he greeted us and seemed helpful to us initially, but we had to wait before we could order and he called every couple of days. A few weeks later, we went back in and ordered and paid for the plans which were so tiny that it wasn't very helpful. We were shocked that they took our measurements and didn't send anyone out, but we thought they'd come out later. They never did. Cabinet installer came out when cabinets came in, the plans weren't clear. Cabinets didn't match what was ordered and what was planned. He's worked very hard to overcome the deficiencies in the process. But it has taken much longer since extra pieces have been ordered and added. Simple things and complicated things. We were almost finished and the built in trashcans that we ordered were too large for the cabinet that was delivered, the cabinet was chosen for the trashcan and the wrong one was delivered. Also the cabinet that fits under the sink was cut wrong in the rear because of the poor plans and then further compromised by a contractor that incorrectly piped the water and was leaked on. The cabinet under the sink is slated to be replaced tomorrow and will only cost us an additional installation charge (I'm not sure if contractor is paying for that one or if it's on the cabinet sales or what) but the kitchen trash cans that are not fitting in the cabinet may be a bigger issue since they are just going to cut the section for the drawer out and put a larger door on. I have doubts about how it's going to look, but we didn't want to be limited to a small trash can because of Zach ordering the wrong cabinet. Time will tell, but it seems that they should have replaced the cabinet. Hopefully it will look good.
