LOWE'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

Had a long wait in appliance department (20 minutes at least) before I could get someone to help me. Once they arrived they offered me additional 10% off for my trouble. Delivered and installed the next day (Sunday). I was extreemly satisfied with the whole experience. Would defininitely shop at Lowe's for applicances

We were very pleased with the quality of the cabinets but we were not so pleased with the time it took to get them and have them installed. Overall, we were very pleased with everything. We had them come back for a touchup but they did fine.

We received excellent service and they were very helpful in the store and the installers did a real good job.

We were not terribly satisfied. I thought that the installers did a terrible job and it's still somewhat unfinished looking. The installers were not very professional.

I was pleased with the quality of their work. The people they sent out were very polite, professional, and friendly. They did a very nice job cleaning everything up when they were finished. I was also happy with the financing that Lowe's offered us for the project.

We got very good service from Lowe's Home Improvement. They got what we wanted very quickly and came on time to do the installation. I can't remember the exact price, but I do know they beat the other places we checked. They were very professional and neat.

I have good experiences with Lowe's if I go there and buy something and put it in the car and go. But with the ordering and delivering is not so good. The first time they brought the door to me it had a defect and then the second time the glass was cracked, and the third time it was finally right. It was supposed to take a week to get the door and ended up being a month. I had someone else install it. I just bought it from them. I will continue to use them, but probably not for delivery.
