We interviewed several contractors prior to our decision to hire this company. From the very first meeting, we felt comfortable that we would receive fair, accurate and quality results. Dave and John were always professional, polite and a great pleasure to work with. Our goal was to finish our basement, but they far surpassed our expectations. They added additional living space that flows very well with the existing space in our home and for this, relocation of load bearing walls was necessary. Our basement doesn't feel like a typical basement at all; rather it is warm, inviting and an overall pleasant space to occupy. Excellent work, in a short time frame, for a great price. We will utilize their services & expertise for every upcoming project we have.

After first meeting with three other contractors, and my 25+ years in the construction industry, I had many questions when finally I met with David. Every detail of the job was thoroughly explored as well as all my questions being answered completely. Now that my master Bedroomhas a master Bathroom to go along with I can truly say that everything I was promised either written or verbal was completed in a good, professional manner. I cannot overstate how pleased we are with the finished product. It is rare when a project exceeds your expectations, but that is definitely the case here. Much like a root canal, I hope to never need the services of a contractor who specializes in structural repairs again. However if I do, I would go straight to Dave and save myself a lot of time and money. The project was not completely finished by Dave since we decided to paint ourselves and have Empire install the carpet in the closet and bedroom.

We hired this company two months ago to update our kitchen and I would use them again for another project and highly recommend them for yours. We chose this company because of their welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Dave, our account manager, went above and beyond what we had ever experienced in customer service - visiting our home before the purchase to help answer our questions, and visited again after to make sure we were pleased. He is the ultimate business owner. We had a small problem - which was big to us, and in no way a reflection of workmanship - and Dave came to our home to investigate, and then fixed the problem at no cost to us. They even had to cut a new island top!
