"Our project went awesome as always. This is not the first time we have used Greg. He is amazing. Shows up on time everyday and works a full day M-F. It is refreshing to have someone in contracting who works consistently and shows up when he says he will be there and puts in a Full days work. He communicates very well. If something comes up and he can’t make it that day (which is terribly infrequent) he always calls and explains. His work is outstanding. He did major remodeling of two bathrooms, amongst other basement work and the quality is amazing. I don’t have enough good things to say about him and his work. Would highly recommend."

My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim as an owner is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. The whole team is very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. "We found Custom Home Works (CHW) during an exhaustive contractor search for a master bathroom remodeling project. We interviewed most of the big name remodeling companies in the area but we were uncomfortable with the either the cost or the job supervision process. In CHW we found a boutique firm whose co-owners, Bill Maibach and Dave Walker, had over 20 years of experience and are with you from design to finish. They are a can do team and, but for a few items, did the complete “to the studs” remodel themselves. Having the owners on site actually doing the work is both highly unusual and very beneficial in making sure the remodel is being executed to plan. They were a pleasure to work with. We found them responsive and professional while delivering a very high quality finished project. I couldn’t recommend more highly."

He also can self-perform much of the work required, which was a massive benefit to me to have someone I trust installing flooring, cabinets, trim, doors, etc. I would highly recommend his services for both small and large projects!"

"Everything went great. The last contractor we hired to do the work not only put in poor quality cabinets that destroyed the existing woodwork while doing it. Mose installed new high quality custom cabinets and shelves. In doing so he took into account the previous contractors errors and fixed the issues created by the last guy. He made everything look seamless and like it was all part of the original design. He saved the projected that had went bad. We are going to hire him back to do more work in out house."
