They were punctual, respectful of my space, and communicated well throughout the project. The finished room looks great, and I’m very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Civil Lining Industries for painting, molding, and general handyman work. If you’d like it shorter, more informal, or with a stronger emphasis on before/after transformation, I can adjust it quickly."

"We hired Greg for a large third floor remodel project (~1,000+ sq ft) in a 100+ year old home that included adding new drywall, wall/ceiling demolition, skim coating damaged plaster walls, adding walls/framing, patching & repairing wood floors, insulation, window benches (to hide HVAC) and widening of an existing doorway. Greg did a fantastic job on all tasks. His craftsmanship and attention to detail helped us turn what was previously a water damaged, neglected space (with a ton of potential) into an amazing third floor living, bedroom and bathroom space. He was also very flexible and patient with us throughout the project as we made minor adjustments/additions to the work plan. Greg is professional, polite, courteous, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him for any general remodel projects. Another great benefit of working with Greg was his network of other service providers (electric, HVAC, plumbing), who were all great to work with. The only downside is that he is in high demand and usually booked up 6+ months out."

He was also excited to see my vision come to life and made every possible effort in getting results they way I wanted them while providing his employees the ability to speak with me directly and coordinate ld everything that needs to be done. He left no stone unturned to get what I wanted installed and looking the way I wanted. I have had a lot of work done on previous properties and dealing with contractors who don’t show, or care about the work, Bruce is not that type of contractor. I had a vision and he brought it to life!"

"I would like to highly recommend Jim and his team from “The Patio Room Factory”. My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim and Mark as owners is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. Jim, Mark, Chris, Steve and Michael are very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. In the future if we need anything that “The Patio Room Factory” offers, we will not hesitate."

They were going to install a new toilet and vanity but I had to delay for my own late decisions on styles, nothing due to the company. But the owner helped me weigh my options. Jean was very patient while I tried to make up my mind on the project. Communication was quick, professional and felt like working with a knowledgeable and trustworthy family friend.
