Mr. King and his son were very professional and friendly. I have pets so both couches needed cleaned. They did a great job! I would definitely hire them for future services. I originally bought the sofa coupon but then worked with the provider to include both the sectional and sofa in the cleaning for an updated price. The price was very reasonable. We have owned the furniture for about four years and I had not done this before. Furniture looks brand new. I may have this done annually now and will use Mr. King if I do. Thanksshow more

The work was excellent. Chris was our technician, and he communicated the project well before starting. Chris made our 18-year old carpets look new again and he spent a lot of time making sure he got out stains on our couch. The technician who came to our home has 36 years experience in carpet/upholstery cleaning. This was a nice change from the 20-yr-old with little experience. He was experienced enough to tell us whether our antique couch could be cleaned without damaging it. As it turned out, he drycleaned it and it turned out very well. He showed me one of the cushions he was cleaning on one of the other couches and there was an obvious difference before and after he cleaned it. After everything dried, though, I noticed that some of the furniture still looked ''dingy''. Maybe I'm too picky, but I thought the end result would be cleaner than it was. Regarding the carpet cleaning: he was reluctant to move the furniture in the room. I thought this was common practice -- not something I had to feel bad about asking for. I was also a little disappointed that he asked ME to move some of the items myself. I have neck and back pain (which I told him), so I wasn't thrilled about thisshow more

I called ProDry and left a message. They called back within a few hours. I was given a quote for $175, it sounded more than reasonable and we easily set up a convenient time for them to come out. I was gone but my husband was home when the owner came out. He did a great job and our couches look so much better! They had years of little food stains here and there and more recent spit up stains from our son. I asked for Teflon to be applied as well so that future stains can be avoided. I would definitely use this company again..and probably will have to as we have 3 pets and a toddlershow more

The sofa had general worn/dirty areas and also had some grease marks from a recent move. The sofa really cleaned up nicely. I had called another company who had a coupon for a sofa cleaning, but they were unwilling to come to the house to only clean the sofa. Elite was willing to come out just for the sofashow more

Our 9-year old 14 foot living room sofa had never been cleaned. The sofa cleaning code was S - use mild, water-free dry cleaning agent. The sofa also had stains on the back cushions from my husband's hair gel. Aaron and Drew were the service technicians who cleaned the sofa. Aaron explained the dry agent cleaning process. He also explained that the hair gel stain will be hard to remove. Aaron and Drew were very professional in their behavior and appearance and were most courteous. The sofa was cleaned in about an hour. They left the cushions neatly arranged on their sides on top of the sofa. The sofa looks great. The hair gel stain is almost gone and we are exceptionally pleased with our experience with Technicare. We will definitely use Technicare for cleaning of our carpetshow more

Great job cleaning our sofas! Both sofas are in our family room and receive LOTS of wear and tear, one of which is a very light color. When they were done, the sofas looked like new! Plus they applied an additional protective coating to help the fabric resist future dirt. I was really pleased with the job they did, and the protective coating did its job when, not a week later, something was spilled on the light colored sofa and there was no stain to contend with. Wow! My couch has never gotten such a going-over! Anthony took off all the cushions (which I've never even done) and cleaned every square inch of that couch, seen and unseen. And he cleaned the two pillows I have on the couch too, which was an appreciated touch. At the end, there was some water on the floor, which he wiped up as well before leaving. Acquired a very worn, used sofa for my son and his roommates. The sofa was in great shape from a structural standpoint, but had a layer of grime over it--no real problem spots; just overall dingy looking. Called Columbus Pro-Dry on Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday and clean the sofa; they had a cancellation in the area. The sofa was in the garage. Between the low-moisture cleaning method and the unseasonably warm weather we've been having, the sofa was completely dry by the end of the day. It has gone from a dingy/dirty, dark beige color, to a very bright creamy-beige color. They did an outstanding job! Very happy with how this sofa looksshow more

They were here for 4 hours. They arrived and immediately began working. I came home four hours later and wasn't certain we actually lived here! LOL! Could we POSSIBLY have this clean and fresh-smelling a home?? I am so thrilled!!! I am afraid to touch anything! Gosh...the stains on the couch are even gone! quick response and service. I had two couches that were cleaned, I requested that one of them be cleaned more thoroughly. Work was done quickly and equal time was spent on both couches. The couch that needed more cleaning is still in need of some more detailed work, other couch turned out just fine. Fair rating because the stairs were not done correctly leaving the shag carpet nap on the edge of the stairs flat. It was not flat prior. I still can't get it to sit back up after multiple times vacuuming. The couch cushion (one long piece) was only cleaned on one side. Its a high end sofa and in good shape because I flip it regularly. Now only one side is clean. The man chatted about personal life (TMI) and I didnt find that professional. The fragrance used didn't last more than a couple of weeksshow more

No issue with the QUALITY of the service provider, but upon exchanging a few messages a) they are unable to come clean my sofa in the time frame I need. And b) the deal price was $72 for a sofa; no mention of "standard-sized sofa" whatsoever. Apparently my sectional would cost $160 to clean. I would like a refundshow more
