They were extremely responsive from the get go and gave me a quote after a brief phone call. After booking, I had a few questions that were answered very transparently. We used the move out cleaning, window and blind cleaning, and carpet cleaning services. After the services were done, the house looked phenomenal! Highly recommend!

The crew does a good job cleaning. I have them coming on a two week schedule and have been using their service for many years. Naturally I have had different crews over this timeframe, but the turnover is not crazy or anything. They have a set time to show up and I am usually notified if they are substantially late. I work from home but they work quickly and quietly (as quietly as one can work with a vacuum) and don't disturb my own workflow. I pay them through a link to Quickbooks which is very convenient for me. If I have any issues or questions they are easy to contact through phone, text or email. Response time has always been very good.

Great!! I had some stains in the carpet and couch that I was scared wouldn’t come out and they were able to get them out. They were courteous and did a great job.

I hired Pristine clean services LLC to perform a move out cleaning and carpet steaming on a rental property. They were able to accommodate me on a very short notice. The owner did a house walk through and we detailed out the items to be cleaned ahead of time and then when the cleaning was completed we did another walk through and they touched up any item I requested. I was extremely impressed with the quality as were my realitor and new renter. The house was immaculate when they left, and no hidden fees or up charges, very transparent from the beginning. Steam cleaned all carpeted areas with focus on removing pet hair/stains, I was happy with the result and they were prompt with the service. As with all carpet cleaning the carpet was wet after longer than the 8 hours expected but this is normal in my opinion and I used fans to accelerate the drying process. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and family.

Pristine accommodated my schedule, showed up on time, and did what they said that they were going to do and they did so efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent I will use their services again in the future.

This was an emergency service call as I was in-between guest coming to our short term rental property. They were able to remove the stains and orders from the carpet and there were no complaints from other guest staying in that room (30 days later).

They gave me a quote for $199 for twice a week cleaning, but failed to mention that that was PER VISIT! They failed to do what I asked them to do and did not tell me before they left so I could remind them to take my trash down.

Definitely an "A" overall. They have been coming out every other week for about 2 years now.

I was very happy with both the customer service as well as the results of the carpet cleaning. I had to reschedule on the day of the first scheduled service. They were very accommodating! I was able to reschedule to my next desired time. They were great in communicating when they would arrive. They were fast and helpful. They helped move some furniture off the carpets at no extra charge. The service man was great. And my carpets feel and look much cleaner!

Staff had difficulty understanding English. Asked to use my cleaning supplies for some tasks. not sure that was understood. Vacuuming was completed nicely. two of three bathrooms cleared well. Three beds made nicely. After staff left noticed master bathroom appeared to still have soap scum on brown titles, all over like not washed, took photos and contacted company told it was washed but what I saw was left over chemical residue. Either way who wants that??? Started looking around. Dinningroom chairs still dusty, footboard of master bed still dusty, never cleaned basement rec room even though a staff member had been in basement for awhile, bottom kitchen cupboards still dirty. Contacted provider who was very defensive stating I should have done a walk through. However the photos I took and provided show it all. Was looking for a bi-weekly house keeping service. Won't be them. Disappointed.

They were very good at cleaning and left our house in great shape.

Very professional and polite. On time most of the time but always call if they are running late. Everything they are suppose to do is done. They let my dogs follow them around and they speak Spanish to my parrots. When I need extra help, they are always there on short notice. I can not say enough about how very satisfied we are with Pristine.
