We Clean Services

This was my first experience with a cleaning company and so far I have been very impressed! From the initial estimate appointment, and scheduling the first clean, they have been quick to respond and explained each step in great detail. We had our first cleaning two weeks ago, a “deep clean.” The two women who cleaned were at our home for a total of 4.5 hours. Afterwards, our house looked amazing — our shower looked brand new! I wish we would have signed up with them sooner! Looking forward to our biweekly cleans!

I had to contact We Clean Services 3 times before Juan wood put me in the schedule for a quote. During our first conversation, I told him where I lived and he did not give me any indication that my home was outside his service area. We scheduled an appointment for today at 5 Pm and at 3 PM he sent me a text that I was out of his service area. I am about 19 miles from his Lewis Center location in Delaware County. Bexley is 20 miles away, Upper Arlington is about 17 miles as is Grandview. These areas have a higher than average need for cleaning services, yet I am about the same distance from their shop. I sensed that they had more business than they could handle. They do not post their service area on Angi and are still offering coupons for one time cleaning. They should not be allowed to do this if they cannot perform these services. They wasted a week of my time trying to schedule a house cleaning. How unprofessional. They may do a good job cleaning a home but most people who try to contact them any never know.

Juan and Tatiana are great - thorough and efficient cleaning, they are responsive to our needs, and compliant with all Covid protocols.

Juan and Tatiana are absolutely amazing. They have been cleaning for us for 2+ years and our home is always impeccable. We were so glad when they started their own cleaning business. They are professional, thorough, reliable, and nice! Even with three dogs, the house is very clean and smells amazing. They truly pay attention to detail and are just overall fantastic people who love what they do! They come highly recommended!

I can't say enough about We Clean Services!! Truly they are just so incredible! Not only do they leave my house completely spotless, but they are so kind and wonderful to work with. They've been cleaning my house now for a year and I can't imagine life without them! They are extremely detail oriented and thorough--cleaning every nook and cranny of my home. They are very reliable and flexible with their schedule and always show up with a smile! :) Trust me, you need them in your life!!!

We Clean did an excellent job. Their attention to detail was exemplary, and all the cleaning exceeded what I expected.

Did not trust this service, especially after being told that two people can deep clean a three bedroom house in one and a half hours. When I asked what products would be used, I was told Clorox wipes and Lysol. Too many “red flags”, especially after talking with friends who have their homes/condos deep cleaned. They stated it took at least 3 hours so I decided to shut down the conversations with this company.

Tatiana and Juan are an expedient, conscientious, and friendly team! Our previous cleaning lady left her role for maternity leave. I found We Clean via Angie’s List, and Mary and Tatiana were able to come to assess our needs a few days later. They gave a reasonable quote for the work that I wanted done and we set a time for an initial deep-clean. Tatiana and her husband, Juan, are the team that do the actual cleaning. They showed up promptly and got straight to work. Having had the same cleaning lady for a few years, what I most appreciated about Tatiana and Juan is that they noticed things that needed cleaning that the previous person did not. When they were finished, it actually felt as though a deep-clean had been completed, not just a cursory wipe down. Now Tatiana and Juan will clean our kitchen and baths on a weekly basis and Monday will be my new favorite day of the week!

WOW! I have hired a handful of residential cleaners recently to help take some "work" off of my plate! I'm a stay at home working mom...yes, I work from home WITH KIDS- it's a lot! After 3 years of cleaning on my own, I finally decided to give "cleaners" a chance. I hired 2 different ladies and was less than impressed. A friend of mine referred We Clean and let me tell you, AMAZING. They are all incredibly friendly, extremely professional, and hands down...they mean business when it comes to cleaning. My home has NEVER been this clean, not even when we moved in (and we bought a brand new new build!). They clean your baseboards and EVERY nook and cranny you can think of (or don't even consider!). They even cleaned some of my decor items that have never been touched! I would recommend them 10/10 times to anyone looking to have their home cleaned BETTER than they could ever clean it themselves...which is what I wanted! They are fairly priced and were able to get me scheduled in less than a week! I absolutely love them, and can attest to at least 4 other homes that they clean- everyone raves! Stop searching for cleaners, you've found them right here!

Juan and Tatiana are amazing. They do a tremendous job and are very reliable, friendly and courteous. They even found and returned a silver necklace that I didn't realize had fallen on the floor. I highly recommend Juan and Tatiana for any cleaning services that you might need. We just love them!

They are very thorough, clean wood floors, vacuum rugs (many), clean bathrooms, dust furniture and frames of paintings;, clean kitchen counters, sinks, stove top including burners, make my bed. The house is spotless when they are done. They have been doing my condo for over 2 years and I am very satisfied with their work and their friendly attitude. I have had different cleaners over the years and I really like these people.

Professional, polite, pleasant crew. My house is cleaner than I could have imagined. Everything shines. Furniture looks new, all the faucets sparkle, the shower shines, all the floors were cleaned all the way to the smallest corners. Well well worth the price I paid.
