"Anthony (Sales) was very patient and understanding. Kyle (Estimator) was very friendly. He was attentive and gave no impressions of trying to rush the process. Unfortunately, my home repair budget was hit with some unexpected expenses and therefore needed to mothball my bathroom project to a later date."

"Remodeling our master shower room was challenging. The House was built in 1997 and It had a costume shower size which was ugly. Jean helped to recommend many ways to improve our bathroom. Vanity painting looks fresh and modern, therefore it turned into a brand new bathroom. So appreciated what Jean and his team did."

"I could not be happier with our bathroom remodel! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They transformed our outdated bathroom into a modern, spa-like retreat that exceeded all our expectations. From the sleek tile work to the custom vanity and flawless plumbing, every detail was executed with care and precision. They also kept the space clean throughout the project and finished on time and within budget. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their home-you wont be disappointed!"

"Billy from Easy Bath replaced my tub to a shower. He did an outstanding job. It’s been amazing as my husband has bad knees and it’s much safer and easier for him to get in and out of the shower. Plus they installed my new toilet, vanity and faucet for a nominal cost."

"Mose Troyer does excellent work. He is honest and easy to work with, a real professional. He easily finds solutions to difficulties. We had multiple projects that we presented to Mose. One being a utensil tray for the kitchen drawer that he built from a design that I wanted but could not find commercially. The tray fits like a glove and will last a lifetime. Also, we had exterior doors that had wood rot. Mose meticulously carved out the rot and cut many small, intricate pieces of wood, to replace those areas without compromising the original design of the front entry door. It turned out that the rot was deeper and more pronounced than originally thought, but Mose worked diligently and with great skill to make both exterior doors perfect. Mose also cut and placed a vent in a bathroom and designed and installed an access door for exposed plumbing in the laundry room. I highly recommend Mose Troyer for his skill, courteousness and overall kindness. I will be utilizing him again in the near future."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill and Dave on a renovation project at my home. This was our most ambitious project yet, as we wanted to maximize the existing space to create an entirely new master bathroom and walk-in closet. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly professional and stress free. Bill was especially dedicated in finding creative solutions to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted for our home. His attention to detail was one of the many impressive things about his work ethic. Not only did he deliver a stunning master bathroom, but he also successfully relocated our laundry room from the basement up to the second floor. He even managed to install new windows in our family room that had previously been windowless! On top of that, Dave has gone above and beyond by building out a beautiful mud room and redesigning our fireplace with a brand new mantel. He also put up an entirely new front porch with a roof - it’s become such an inviting entrance into our home now! Above all else, I have been thoroughly impressed by Bill and Dave's commitment to punctuality and neatness when it comes to their work site. Despite working on large projects like this one, they always take care in making sure everything is clean before leaving for the day - something that I definitely appreciate! All in all, Bill and Dave have gone above and beyond with this renovation project - it's something I'm proud of every single day when I pass through my home's front door. If you're looking for trustworthy professionals who can transform your house into something extraordinary, then look no further than these two!"

"In 2024 I had the Master Bathroom totally remodeled. In May 2025 my main bathroom was totally remodeled. I am so pleased with the work. I feel that Rob and Brian ensure the personal touch that meets your expectations. Their work is meticulously and well done. They are unbothered by questions because they want to make sure that you are happy with the final product. Thank you both."

"Joe D. and Justin did an excellent job removing our old cast iron tub/surround and installing a new shower assembly. Grade "A" work from demo, through install, and cleanup. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning on remodeling their bathroom."

"We had a new shower & jetted tub installed in our home in January 2021 and we are VERY PLEASED! The salesman was very professional, genuine and thorough during his visit and made sure that both my husband and I understood the product, the company and the process. I appreciated the straight forward presentation, product options and pricing. We didn't have any questions go unanswered which made it an easy and stress free decision for us. The installation process was just as great! The installation team showed up looking professional, spoke professionally (especially in front of my children which earns huge respect with me) and even laid a covering over our floors from the front door to the bathroom plus my vanity! Well worth every penny we spent! We love our new shower & jetted tub and our experience with the staff was exceptional!! Thank you Mad City Windows & Bath!!!"

"The Installation crew was punctual, courteous, professional and their workmanship was phoenominal! We had a TOTAL bathroom remodel done for two bathrooms! Master Bathroom involved installing a new shower, toilet, sink, vanity, lights and vent fan! The guest bathroom involved installing a jacuzzi tub, sink, vanity, toilet, lights and vent fan. Plus new flooring in both bathrooms! This company is the real deal! I highly recommend them for any home project. Their warranty is beyond compare!"
