"They arrived on time and were ready to work immediately. They explained what they were going to do and how they would protect the area. They covered the floors, wrapped the banisters and masked off all the trim work. The drywall and repainting were done very well. They cleaned everything, removed all the trash and vacuumed. Very well done, I plan on using them for the next job."

"Have a home in Big Canoe GA and need some new windows. Called to get a quote and they turned me down because the fact I airbnb my house when Im not in it. They said becuase they use high end materials and typically rentals wont use the high end materials. They are assuming Im cheap. On homes that are 1 million and more. So yeah, pathetic company to deal with. If this is how they treat you before even getting to the quote part, can you imagine the arrogance that you will deal with when installing. Stay away from."

"I would not recommend performance plumbing due to the experience that I had most recently. I had a bathtub with a stopper was no longer functioning and they sent a technician out to assess the situation. The technician stated he needs to go back and present everything to the appropriate parties and he would have to come out another day. So days later he returns and he has a part that doesn't fit okay keep in mind he did measurements when he was there the first time but the part that he had the pop-up stopper did not fit so he said he would need to come back another day. So that's now two days that I've lost hours from work for a simple stopper. I explained to him that I cannot be late for work anymore and ask him if he come out on Saturday which he agreed. He returns on Saturday with a different stopper and today when I went to use the bathtub for the first time to clean up the mess that he left from his wet boot I realize that the stopper still had a leak. Regarding the wet boot the technician stepped into my bathtub with his left foot and because the ground outside was damp there was mud on his boot so he steps into my bathtub he turns the water on so now his boot is wet and then he proceeds to leave out of the bathroom down the Hall through the house and out the door leaving a trail of footprints from his wet boot. Now I'm left at home to clean up his mess on the floor which I did however I never clean the bathtub because I don't use that bath .Today when I went to clean out the mud that was left from his boot I realized the stopper still has a slow leak. I immediately called first American explain situation and they said because it has been less than 30 days since they did the repairs I would not be able to use a different company as requested. She also contacted performance plumbing and spoke with a manager who stated that he would not be able to come out on a Saturday because they don't work Saturday hours although they were just here 3 weeks ago on a Saturday. I would not recommend this company because if they can't fix a simple stopper I can't imagine them being able to repair more pressing repairs."
