They arrived on time and were ready to work immediately. They explained what they were going to do and how they would protect the area. They covered the floors, wrapped the banisters and masked off all the trim work. The drywall and repainting were done very well. They cleaned everything, removed all the trash and vacuumed. Very well done, I plan on using them for the next job.

Marconi and his team were excellent. They did a superb job with the installation of new hardwood flooring on our first floor: livingroom, dining room, family room, office and foyer. They were punctual, professional, reasonably priced and they completed the work on time. They were detail-oriented and the work they performed was noteworthy. Bottom line: I will definitely use Marconi again for other projects I have.

Marconi has gone above & beyond in every aspect of the work he’s done at my properties, and that is why I’ve hired him several more times. His expertise and attention to detail were very obvious - the quality of what he delivered was superb. He is also a very easy and adaptable person to work with! He can do almost any kind of work - he’s done everything for me from remodeling in my kitchens and bathrooms to painting interior & exterior, drywall and plaster repairs, flooring installation, exterior landscaping and paver installation, and even smaller remodeling fixes to ensure that everything worked well together. Too many undo’s

The quality of work was outstanding and material used to complete the work was top tier. All work was completed within the time period agreed upon. The quoted estimate price was what we paid. We were kept informed through out the project and the work site was always cleaned at the end of the day. Mr. Orozco and his team was always very courteous and professional and we would hire again for future projects. We have recommended him to neighbors.

He did a great job on the drywall, so I hired him again to do the deck work. He did a good job on the wood replacement last fall. He told me it needed to dry before staining and he would do that work this spring. After several reschedules, he finally washed the deck and promised to come back to sand/ stain. All summer, when I texted to schedule, he kept saying he’d get back to me. He wouldn’t commit to a date to finish. By the end of summer, he finally told me he couldn’t do it and I could find someone else. Also, he had increased his quote by 25% from when he gave it to me in the fall.
