"Not happy or pleased with this business. We have been customers for over 4 years. Ever since day one when we bought our house, we could smell exhaust when the furnace ran. Not one technician (and we had many) could figure out what the smell was from even though they said it wasnâ t normal. No carbon dioxide was reading and the carbon monoxide detectors werenâ t going off. They said it was a throw away model. We have had this unit serviced by them numerous times. In December 2018, we had called them 4 times within 3 days (all after hours) it was trial and error trying to figure out why it wasnâ t running. One technician replaced multiple items and the next morning we still had trouble. After all that the one technician said it was ice in the tank with kerosene which was from them. Hmmm but they replaced many parts. Almost one month later we had another issue where the cad cell melted. The guy put down 2.5 hours and he wasnâ t even here 45 min. I know they tack on travel time but really?! Four days later it happened again so we called someone else. The minute this guy from another business walked in, he knew something wasnâ t right due to the exhaust smell. He tore it apart and it had a crack in the heat exchanger. Go figure! Not one technician(other than the guy who replaced the cad cell, whom suggested we have it tested for a draft, but couldnâ t do it cause he didnâ t have the right equipment with him) ever thought of this or had ever torn it apart to check in over 4 years. I still owe a bill to Petersburg Oil and it frustrates me cause all that work for nothing. I had to buy a new furnace and now no more smell. We could have saved thousands of dollars in 4 years if they would have figured this out from day one. Will never use them again. Lady on the phone was becoming very defensive and short when I was venting to her about the most recent bills"

They put in a brand new system in my place of business, They replaced my heat pump at my primary residence and they replaced my heat pump and ductwork at my cabin. All of the jobs were done very professionally, and the price was reasonable. I will continue to use them for all of my heating and AC needs. Matt and his sons are great."

"I frequently used Graham Simon in the past; something has changed. Even the process of making an appointment was cumbersome, impersonal, and inconsiderate. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning. After waiting for two hours, they were a no show, with no contact regarding estimated time of arrival or reason for delay, despite two phone calls to the office. I won't use them again."

AND THE REASON FOR NOT RECORDING THEIR CALLS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS!!!! IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO REPLACE MY HOT WATER HEATER....BECAUSE THEY (MANAGERS) LIED AND TOLD ME THE APPLIANCE WAS ON THE TECHNICIANS TRUCK WHEN IN FACT I CONTACTED THE VENDOR AND I WAS TOLD THEY NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A PURCHASE ORDER THE THE HOT WATER HEATER....IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE...ALSO I SPENT DAYS WEEKS AND HOURS ON THE PHONE TO RESOLVE THIS..BECAUSE AS SOON AS THE REPRESENTATIVES HEARD MY FRUSTRATION THE CALL WOULD CONVIENTLY BE DISCONNECTED...I COULD GO ON BUT I THINK 🤔 THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH. STSY AWAY FROM CHOICE HOME WARRANTY!!!"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
