She sent out Charles and Joe. Very nice and professional. The problem took some time to find, but they were patient and professional. They found the issue, a burned out capacitor. They had a spare and installed it. They gave recommendations for the future. The bill was less than what was stated. I can't say enough good about this company. It always does it in the evening on a Friday Saturday or Sunday. We've been dealing with this for the past 2 years. I've contacted Billy 2 dozen times. Most of the time I don't get a response. He promises to come out sometimes, but almost never makes it. He's been out a couple of times, but it's always 12-48 hours later, when the ice has melted and he has no idea what's going on."
