"Installation went fairly well. We were very happy with everything until 10 months later. The AC unit started icing up on occasion. Of course it never did it during working hours. It always does it in the evening on a Friday Saturday or Sunday. We've been dealing with this for the past 2 years. I've contacted Billy 2 dozen times. Most of the time I don't get a response. He promises to come out sometimes, but almost never makes it. He's been out a couple of times, but it's always 12-48 hours later, when the ice has melted and he has no idea what's going on."

Not a trustworthy company. Even if they do show up now, given a false arrivals time and hours passing with zero communication. I will never advise anyone to use this company. I doubt they will ever show up for me or you. After giving credit card details to "confirm an appointment", I have nothing left to assume other than this being an untrustworthy and fraudulent business."
