"The sales job went well, and seemingly the roof replacement. But some things were done poorly. First noticed was all the trash left in the yard. But I'm mostly concerned with my gutters. We had really nice gutters, relatively new. Brennan-Fraser took them down while roofing, and did a really poor job putting them back. They don't drain right. They are falling off. The hangers were done by someone who doesn't understand how they work. And, now it is impossible to reach the company. The sales person (Brian Gillard) refuses to return phone calls, texts or email. And the address (415 N Perkins St Appleton, WI) is no longer used, so mail bounces."
