"Appointment was set with a window from 10 am until 12 noon. I asked if they'd be contacting me prior to arrival. Answer: no. 9:15 am I recieve a text that technician has arrived at the property. This was 45 minutes to 2 hours and 45 minutes earlier than scheduled. I immediately text him and say appointment was for 10 am but I'd be there in FIVE minutes. No response to my text and no show when I arrived five minutes later. Called office and was informed that he went for parts (about 3 miles from my location. He shows up shortly after.) No greeting, no explanation, no apologies. I show him the basement where there was a broken pipe near the ceiling. He has NO FLASHLIGHT with him, its in the truck. Huh? I had called this company to evaluate my plumbing after having pipes burst during a freeze. This dude's cogitive problem solving skills stopped at the first broken pipe! I suggested he look further. Guy didn't have a clue and when i realuzed that, I sent him on his way. I'm not a plumber but I had plumbers in to do an evaluation with estimates before this guy came along..... Based on my previous estimates, Watter lost between $10,000 and $15,000 worth of business today. But that"s a drop in the bucket because i have other rental properties and I will not use them for ANY plumbing projects i have."
