Description of Work: Replaced exterior spigot and pipe leading to it. I called about 8:30 in the morning. Left message and got a call back within 20 minutes. Was told there was a man working in the area and he could stop in an hour or so. He did, and fixed it and even gave me pointers about other things I could improve for outdoor watering. It was all fixed an hour and a half from my original call.

+ -1 moreHe is very fast on the job, thorough and always on time. He can usually arrive with in the hour of me calling. He goes in and does what he has to do and does not try to sell you things you do not need. His prices are very reasonable as well.
Description of Work: He takes care of my apartment building tenants. He has done work on water heaters, toilets, sinks, replacement of faucet and sinks, etc.

Description of Work: This contractor replaced a water heater as part of an existing home purchase. Problem 1: when I requested a 12 year warranty unit, was told that 'this doesn't exist'. I had to provide several part numbers to prove the existence of such units. I found that to be strange for a professional outfit- especially given that every major outlets (Lowes, Home Depot, etc...) each sell several models in several brands. Problem 2: they managed to put two large dents in the brand new water heater. Granted, it appears this should not affect the performance but this shows a level of carelessness I would not expect of a professional. Problem 3: they put foam insulation on the COLD pipe but none on the hot pipe. Not very happy but since the work was done for the seller (I was the buyer) I could not monitor the work.

+ 0 moreSalm Plumbing Inc are amazing and their prices are just amazing. We got an estimate of USD 8800 from another plumber and Salm gave us a quote of USD 2600. They are clean, they clean up after themselves, they are just great people. He gets back to you right away, today we called about the dishwasher and he answered all our questions. One time, we were having a problem with our drain and he just kept calling until he got a hold of us. The customer service is excellent.
Description of Work: I am using Salm Plumbing Inc. They have done a lot for us since July for our kitchen. They redid all the plumbing in our house and their coming over today to do the gas. They installed our drain pipe.
