Valentine installed out septic system. From the first day we had problems with water following the waste pipe into the house and on the wall. This was rain water not sewage. They had to come back several times to repair. Recently the filter brake. The system is ten years old but it was obvious the bracket for the filter was constructed poorly. Icalled to ask them to give me a quote. They came out and looked at the system but still have not returned my call for an estimate. I have had another company do the repairs. I am through with Valentine.

We had them put in a new septic tank and septic system. They also supervised the digging of a well for us. We found them on Angie's list and used them because they had good reviews.

Had several issues with the way we were treated.
Description of Work: Valentine did a group bid on my house build. We had a recirculating water system installed (instant hot water). It never worked in the kitchen. I asked them to install that line on more than one occasion and was told to insulate the pipe, which I did. It did not help. What is odd is that faucets even further from the hot water heater have the instant hot water.

The estimate was $13000. They were the most responsive of all the others that I did contact. I contacted 3 companies including Valentine, Inc out of which one never responded. The other one did respond, but they were very slow getting back to me on anything. Valentine was very responsive, very helpful and offered services that I hadn’t thought of. They helped me with the permit and things like that as they know the people and they deal with them all the time. I would consider using them in the future.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Valentine, Inc on the 31st of May for a septic system.
