Todd was an excellent problem solver to get the unit to work in the space we had available and made smart recommendations of how to go about it. I called a bit frantic, recieved a return call within minutes, got great advice, honest folks helped us get things back up and running when most would have let us wait and possibly charged us for something we could do ourselves.
