Paul does more than water softeners. Our well water was so orange, it died my hair orange. New filtration system, works like magic. Hire this guy! Our above ground pool is now, finally, crystal clear. Thank you Paul!

We had Badger Water out in mid-July of this year to service our water softener. We weren't sure when it had been serviced last (installed by a previous owner) but were getting their notifications about new ownership of the business and updating their records. Were able to get out extremely quickly and told us what we were expecting, we'd need a new water softener since it was quite old. Paul and the other individual that made the service call were able to get it replaced same day, and were in and out in 2 hours or less (IIRC). Paul told us about other services they offer, but wasn't pushy about it. We'll definitely be calling them again for on-going service.

Amazing!!!! Had leak on water softener system on newly purchased house and they came out same day and fixed! Did great job, arrived on time, left work site clean and tidy.

Installed new water softener in 45min. Very professional and knowledgeable on water filtration and treatment, answered all questions I had and offered a military discount as well. Serviced our system as far out as Jefferson, WI.

I purchased my water filter system from them over 5 years ago. They continue to service it annually for the filter replacement. They also have the best salt for the water softner. I love not having to haul the heavy bags of salt from the grocery cart, to my car, down stairs and then heaving them into the softner system. They deliver and dump in what is needed.. Love it! Plus it lasts a really long time. I recently remodeled my kitchen and got a new fridge with the water ice dispenser. My general contractor connected it originally but couldn't get it to work with the water filter system so without me knowing he just by passed the filter system. A week or so my me drinking the water and I knew something wasn't tasting right. So finally went and inspected it and realized what he had done. Called Badger Water and they came out the next day and fixed what the contractor messed up and then didn't even bill me for it. Very good service and products. Highly recommend!

He was here about 10-15 min. and got my softener working again for no charge. I would say that it went extremely well. The only way the call could have gone better was if he paid me.

I met them at a trade show. They came and gave us an estimate. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very responsive. If you need your softener filled up with salt they will come and do that for you.
