"Technician Jim was not impressive. Was not confident when answering the questions I asked. Very contradicting.. Tried to sell product for items that were not even in need of repair. Spoke negatively about the company and made excuses as to why he could not perform his job due to lack of information from dispatch or technician manager. Said he would follow up, I never heard from him. Blessing to me, I decided to go with another HVAC company. I typically would not put names out there, but please be careful if you get this gentleman as a technician."

"My service technician, Mason, arrived on time and got straight to work. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it, and prior to doing it. He arrived with another associate, and both men were very nice. I like the fact that they’re thoroughly explain everything and don’t try to pressure you into buying anything at the very end. He fully explained that in a few months I would be due for another filter, but that everything else was OK. He also explained what would happen if I did not change the filter which was helpful. We have found out since that he has a history of taking money under one company name, then stopping after he has your money and opening a new company name. We will be filing a claim against Cain and his companies to recover the money he has taken. We have contacted him many times and not received any response from him. This is a buyer beware company. I would look for someone else before working with him again"
