Wonderful, Had Dave Johnson as a tech and he was perfect. Put booties on his shoes. Did a thorough check of our air conditioning system. Answered all our questions. Really recommend this young man.

When I called, because we were looking into a new furnace and air conditioner, Cardinal sent Rick out to check things out in our basement and outside. My husband wasn't here the first trip out so Rick came back to explain what our options were to both my husband and myself. He explained what qualified for tax credits and rebates and then any add ons for heating and cooling. He explained what a heat pump was and how it worked. Then he shared his experience with the product. It was so nice, he came over on a holiday weekend, never pressured us, or was impatient, just a down to earth guy who really wanted to give us the most information to make sure Cardinal would meet all of our needs. They definitely did. Two days later their installation crew arrived bright and early and were done by early afternoon. The house felt different immediately with the in home humidifier and April aire system installed. What a difference! Thank you Cardinal for that wonderful two fur deal!

We have used Cardinal for our HVAC and plumbing maintenance and replacement needs for more than several years now, and their technicians are professional AND personable -- we especially like Tyler (HVAC) and Brandon (Plumbing). Plus, Cardinal's occasional service specials and coupons make using them cost-efficient. My only suggestion is that a service window (say, two or four hours) is provided for scheduled non-emergency appointments, so that I'm able to make other appointments for the day.

We were pleased to work with Greg Mair who came to.our house the night of Jan17, 2024 after our 14 year old furnace died. He reviewed our entire system and made recommendations that fit our needs correctly. He arranged for a new furnace to be installed the next day and provided us with space heaters to be used until the work was completed. We will definitely call on Greg for any future needs.

Came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue quickly. David the technician was super friendly. The unavoidable diagnostic fee to just come out and give an estimate is a bit on the high side at $115 in my opinion, but overall it was a job well done.
