I am a Landlord with over 32 years experience in performing most of my repairs. On my properties I pull permits and perform carpentry, plumbing and eledtrical projects to code and have them inspected. I am offerring preferably smaler to some medium size home repairs at a reasonable rate. Have a great day!

As a landlord I learned all work had to be done to code and inspected in case of insurance claim. Since I could not afford to pay tradesmen and still make a profit I began to learn by experience and by home improvement classes. I also passed the city and state electrical and plumbing tests to have all my home installations and repairs done to code and inspected.
