The entire team was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of! As in most home remodels, there were some ''surprises" we discovered along the way, and they were so helpful in problem-solving, giving options that helped us minimize the impact on the budget while keeping true to the end product. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
