+ -1 moreNever answered phone calls and also never returned phone call messages requesting their service. We even responded to their own website questionnaire that asks for a quote on fence repair work; they never even responded to their own website questionnaire. Terrible customer service, breaking the first rules of operating a small business -- by not even responding to a potential customer. No matter how busy your company may be, they should at least have the courtesy to call back and say they are too busy to do your work. Obviously we will never even attempt to call or use this company in the future. Found much more responsive fence companies instead.
Description of Work: This provider did NOT ever do anything -- including never answered their phone, nor return phone messages, nor respond to their wn website questionnaire requesting a quote for services. Lack of any customer service.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt. Removed old fence and set posts in two days. Waited two days for posts to set and completed the job in another two days. Quality work and nice and knowledgeable workers. Great price as well.
Description of Work: Replaced backyard fence with new 6' presidential style fence. 163' of cedar fencing with treated posts. Replaced two gates.
