Quick response for a quote. Gave us multiple options and walked us through all of them. Megan was quick to reply with emails. Fence looks great! Neighbor has asked to get contact information because the want the same thing.

I was quoted 8-12 weeks in late July 2020 and due to the lumber shortage during the COVID-19 pandemic I expected delays. Fence was installed late November 2020. They removed the old wood fence and put new posts in on Tuesday, returned on Friday and completed the fence. Looks great and was worth the wait. I had 130' of cedar installed with a gate.

Crew was polite and professional and even assisted me in dealing with a boundary/property line issue with my neighbor. They also mitigated and gave advice on a utility box issue based on prior experience. Overall they were quick, efficient and professional.

He cannot do it till spring. His estimate seems high so I’m getting another one

I searched Angie's List looking for someone to build a fence in my backyard for my dog. I located Arrow Fence and contacted them for a quote. While it took some time to get scheduled, the work performed in putting up a Nobility Aluminum Fence was good. While the cost of the fence was expensive, the quality will last a lifetime and the look is fantastic. I appreciate the job Cliff and Rocky did. I would recommend and use again if ever needed.

The front section and gate looks great. It adds more curb appeal to my house. Very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic. If I ever have another fence project I will be contacting Arrow Fence.

Great. Workmanship is excellent. Cliff is the one to deal with if you want someone who gives you a straight and honest quote and then follows through. What you get is craftsmanship, quality and someone who stands behind their work.

Perfect from the estimate trough the install. This is a family owned business and you can see they take great pride in their work. Cliff Workman, one of the owners did the estimate and was very nice to work with. If we had any questions either Cliff or his son Ben always got back to us in a timely manner even though I know these guys are really busy. The install went amazingly well, Adam and Hunter started the work and it was cold and then started to drizzle on them but they continued to work! Ben Workman stopped by to see how the job was going and even pitched in because it was really a tough job with the wet and cold which made digging in our Ohio clay miserable! Even with the conditions they measured and leveled and re-leveled until it was perfect. We could not be more pleased with the job, these guys went above and beyond and were always sincerely friendly and willing to make a couple of changes without hesitation. When we finish landscaping around the fenced area we are going to post some pictures on facebook and here if we can. One thing we would like to add is that more people ought to look into aluminum fencing vs. wood, more expense up front but no maintenance or ugly rotting with Ohio moisture. The fence will be here for years and years and always look beautiful, money well invested! So happy we chose Arrow Fence. Thank you Cliff, Ben, Adam and Hunter!

The crew showed up at 8:30 and finished job around 6. Very professional and polite young men.

They've been great to work with so far and very prompt. He came out the same day and has been the most professional by far. He also came out a second time to answer a question I had.

Installation team was knowledgable and professional with a high quality of work. Price was fair for the scope of the project.

I' ve called them three times and they have never come out to measure the gates to be replaced. Said they were coming but didn't.

Overall an excellent job! Took a little longer than expected but quality work.
