Excellent! Luis & his crew did an amazing job repairing and refurbishing our deck. It was a bigger job than we initially thought and Luis kept me informed the whole time giving recommendations & discussing options. They really did an amazing job. The were also able to come out right away and work within the short timeline I had. Price was reasonable and fair. I absolutely would recommend him & plan to use him again for future projects.

Luis Perez contacted me immediately (literally within seconds) after I posted my project. He was courteous, professional, and offered to give me a free quote right away. We asked him to quote two concepts we had for our deck, which he did. His quotes were so reasonable, we were able to go with the larger concept. We were willing to do the demolition of our old deck ourselves, but Mr. Perez said he could easily handle it and he did! Mr. Perez is extremely hard working. He did everything he said he would do. He built us a beautiful, solid deck in a short amount of time. We couldn't be happier!

Luis did a great job replacing some bad fencing we have. He was on time and did good quality work. He was also flexible to agree in helping with some other projects we needed (handrail). I plan to use him again and have already recommended him to my neighbor.
