"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

I really do like to think of myself as a jack of all trades kind of guy. I can do anything with my truck. Including hauling, loading, and dumping. Basic Handyman skills which include drywall, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Anything involving wood is a specialty of mine. If thats anything from chopping or cutting wood to restoring and building wood furniture. I just started going out on my own and trying to make a name for myself. "Mr. Appliance is a bit too eager to make a sale! I called Mr. Appliance and explained my issue with my Miele cooktop. After the technician came and poked and prodded my cooktop for 2 hrs, he called Miele 2 times to get a verbal diagnosis resulting in my invoice for $1475.13 I wasn't feeling good about this so I went to the Miele showroom in Bellevue where I was told Mr. Appliance is NOT an authorized repair company for Miele. When I called Mr. Appliance this morning asking if any of their technicians were certified on Miele the answer was no. After much discussion with the rude office manager explaining that when a customer calls for a repair and specifies the brand they are requesting help with, it should be disclosed at that point if they are authorized and certified to work on that particular brand. The part was never opened nor installed and the owner is insisting this is a restocking fee. I've even shared Miele's Operating & Installation manual with her, showing her where it clearly states "certified and authorized technicians" should be the only ones working on Miele appliances. Guess that's the way you keep the doors open....dishonesty! It'll catch up with you...it always does!"
