+ -1 moreNext day service, replaced part immediately, oven is back and working within less than 1 hour. Very professional technician, clean, organized. He was very clear on what he needed to do and what it would take. He answered all my questions and was very polite. Kept phone numbers and will do business with them again for all my appliances.
