Dan and Lacey from All Pro Services were excellent workers. They were very knowledgeable about the details of pressure washing different surfaces: wood decking, concrete, and asphalt roofing. They were very careful not to damage any of the surfaces. They stayed on the job until after dark and completed the job perfectly. Excellent prices. Excellent value. Very hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was a referral from the contractor who built our custom house. We thought they did a good job on the original window cleaning on the house when we moved in so we thought it would make sense to use them. I called the number provided and scheduled an appointment with Ron. I asked if they did roof cleaning and Ron said they sure did so I was thrilled to get one company to do the whole thing. I reminded him that this was a big house and that there were some steep portions of the roof. Ron said no problem. Price never came up but since I knew the market rates and I knew the size of our house and number of windows I was prepared for a number. I figured that they would give me a quote onsite once they saw the house again. The day of the appointment came and I was at but I had arranged for someone to be there when they showed up. They showed up reasonably on time but in a 4 door beat up car with no identifying marks and with one pretty rough looking person. No ladder rack on top. Everything piled into the back seat. Then the guy in sweatshirt and sweats, came to the door had no business card or company shirt so the woman I had left at the house was nervous about letting him in. She did, but certainly did not make her feel comfortable. Once there the guy proceeded to break out a pieced together ladder system and an electric leaf blower. Considering that this is a two story house having a pieced together ladder seems a bit underprepared. A handheld electric leaf blower was also a little less than expectation. He spent all day working. Nice enough guy and hard worker. When I got home at 6:30 he was wrapping up for the day. I spent a little time walking around the house taking a look. There were a few streaks in the windows here and there and there were a few spots where the roof had some debris still remaining. So then I went to talk to him and the price came up. When he gave me the price I was a little taken aback considering the level of professionalism being displayed and the quality of the work. I would have been prepared to pay that if things were perfect and the guy rolled up in a work van or truck and in a uniform, but given that this guy was working off of a modular ladder and an electric leaf blower I figured he would have been lower on the price spectrum. The price he gave was high market all things considered. I figure he worked on the house for ~8 hours. Given that, they are getting $100 an hour. Again something I would expect for an outfit with a website, nice work vans, and uniforms but not what showed up. I told him about the problem areas and he agreed to take care of them. He said that he was done for the night and would come back tomorrow to finish. He did not show up the next day and when he did finally show there was no call to let us know he was coming. He finished the work. I looked at the work when I got home that night and it was ok. Not perfect but ok. I called Ron to pay for the work and then I found out that they don’t take credit cards. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Then I mailed a check to the address on the invoice and got a return mail back in a week. Had to call him to get correct address so I could pay them. In a nutshell The good. They did the work. The work was at market rates. He generally returned phone calls. The bad. High market rates considering the professionalism displayed. An electric leaf blower and a rough looking dude in a rough looking car do not inspire confidence. You need more than a modular ladder system to properly clean 2 story windows. When you say you are coming back the next day and don’t ,don’t just show up whenever you please without letting the customer know. They don’t do credit cards.

I have been using All-Pro Services for our windows and gutters for years. They are always prompt, courteous, and thorough. Recently they came to wash the windows and found paint splatters on most of them due to a recent paint job. They took the initiative to scrape the paint off as they washed. They also helped remove and replace screens on some of the windows inside. They are a GREAT company, I highly recommend them!!!

I have a four-bedroom house. I have a two-story house. They cleaned windows. He is very professional. He is very good and quick. He does a good job. The wife likes the work he does. It took about an hour to clean all the windows.

They were very courteous over the phone and came out promptly to give an estimate. Their estimate was more than one of the others I had obtained, so I went with the other company.

I have been using them for 3 years now. They show up on time and are very friendly. I think that their prices are very fair and competitive. The quality of their work is very good and we would use them again in the future. They did a great job.

Very well. He came the next day, polite and helpful. He cleared the problem sight and reconnected the pipe then checked and cleaned small clog in another area of house gutter system and gave advise on the roof care.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN CLEANING WINDOWS AND GUTTERS FOR ME FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND DO A GREAT JOB. I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THEM IN MY HOME.
