This was a first-time experience for me, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had spoken with a number of companies but felt most comfortable with Jared. As he and I discussed the project, I felt good about simply placing the work on his plate and trusting him to do it. Jared and his team were highly professional. The deep cleaning of my house as well as the exterior power washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing (oh man, those WINDOWS!) all felt like the team went above and beyond--like they were fully in vested in my vision for a home that is spotless. Do keep in mind as you make your plans that an estimate is an estimate. Once the team got to my house and saw that actual project, the price changed, but I recognized how worth it it was to finally have my house cleaned in a way that I did / would never have accomplished myself. He arrived early, was courteous when asked to remove his shoes. He helped me move heavy plants from the window, and was able to hold an intelligent conversation. Most importantly, though, he did an excellent job cleaning the windows, window seals and the screens. I would highly recommend his services and will add him to my annual spring and fall cleaning rotation.

Jared arrived with his team and did a great job on the inside and outside of my windows. I was only getting the outside done but asked mid way through if they could do the inside too. They look just beautiful and the team couldn't have been more mannerly and congenial. I felt very safe having them in my home. Jared even let me reschedule at the last minute. I will use them again.

I had an amazing experience with Jared and Clarence. Their power washing and window cleaning was top notch and at a fair price. They were on time and great with communication which is a plus in comparison to some of my previous experiences. Would definitely hire again.

House is 1 story, Thu 10/15/20 Received reply Streakfree Co.: Assuming 11 standard double hung windows, cost would be $100+tax for Inside & Outside Window Cleaning. Please call to book. Thanks, Jared M Link (614)809-5787 Fri 10/16/20 Jared paid a visit, tried to raise the price to $127, but finally agreed to original offer. He left me carbon copy of written estimate which matches his preliminary offer. of $100 +tax, screens $1 extra each. Offer has no mentioning of a deadline. I said I'll contact with him Monday 10/19/20 Mon Oct 19, 2020 I left voice mail on Jared’s cell, accepting the offer, asking to confirm the date of service 10/27 he offered originally. No response received from Jared Tue, Oct 20, 2020 I left following message to Jared via Angie's list. Hi Jared, I accept your written proposal $100+tax, plus I decided to add $10 for the screens cleaning . Please contact me to schedule the appointment. Thank you. No response received from Jared Wednesday, Oct 21, 2020 I called Angie's list asking for help. Explained I couldn’t believe how an A rated company, who already gave me written estimate and offered spot on a schedule is not returning my calls and texts Phyllis, Angie's CSR, called Streakfree in my behalf and left message. Only after that I received the following response. Wednesday, Oct 21, 2020 Hey Svetlana, I’m sorry but I don’t think we’re on the same page as far as your service is concerned. Please feel free to accept an offer from one of the other 5 estimates you received. I don’t want to hold you up. The profit margin is not profitable for my company and the offer I offered expired at midnight the night of the estimate. Best of luck. I used to trust your ratings. The message above from Jared Link is passive aggressive, his attempt to use bait and switch tactic is considered fraud, , his is lie about giving a deadline is ridiculous, as no deadline was mentioned verbally or written in proposal.. I am very disappointed and concern with the whole situation. I want Angie’s management to address it, and to let me know what’s done to prevent repetition for other customers in a future. Otherwise what the reason for me and my friends, who are now in shock of what happened, to consider keep paying this membership and follow your recommendations just to run into deception and disappointment. .

We moved to Columbus 2 years ago & I was lucky enough to find Jared & his team. I've used them several times. They keep the environment neat as they work. They do a great job & I can't recommend them enough!

After having my window screens out for a recent house painting, I wanted to get all my window exteriors washed (approximately 35 windows, two doors, and two storm doors). In particular, I didn't want dirty water running down the sides of my freshly painted house. So I really liked that Streakfree washes at each window with a brush and squeegee rather than power washing the windows. I also had them wipe around the window frames since the screens were out to get rid of the years of grime build-up. They were quick and efficient.

They did an excellent job! Very nice young men, Jared (owner) and Clarence. My husband and I were very pleased and love our clean windows and screens. Would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting their windows done. They are coming back in fall to power wash our walk and driveway. Thank you Streakfree!
