Bob came out personally for an on-site review before providing a quote. He and his team completed the job on the agreed date. The pressure washing they did changed the appearance from a dirty exterior to a brand new house. Quite amazing. For the price agreed to, it was a fantastic transformation at a low cost. I would recommend Precision Window Cleaning to neighbors and family!

The whole process was smooth and professional from calling, getting the estimate, scheduling and getting the work completed.

We just used Precision Window Cleaning and couldn’t be happier. Bob Smith and his team were nice, knowledgeable and did a great job. They did a soft wash of the entire exterior of our home (including the application of an Algicide) as well as a gutter whitening. They did this for a lower cost than other companies were charging for a simple wash.

I know we all love a good review, so I thought I’d drop about Precision Window Cleaning. We had SO MUCH construction dust from the houses being built and yards graded around us that our windows were covered with a nice thick layer of grim. These guys did awesome. Inside and out, screens and window sills. And double bonus, I was totally comfortable with them in my house with the kids home. Very professional and job well done!

Tyler came out and did a great job on our house and the windows. He used an algaecide on the house to prevent further growth and what a difference! Pressure washed the siding, trim, gutters, all look great! He also cleaned the inside and outside of the windows which made a huge difference - never seen them so clean and clear. I would definitely hire them again.

Do not look anywhere else, simply put, these guys are the best. Windows look amazing, not a streak anywhere. Very professional as well.

16 years ago we re-cased and put new weights in our windows because they are so gorgeous. Fast forward to now and my arthritis makes this a chore I can no longer perform easily. Wow they were great! Job was scheduled within two weeks of first conversation. So impressed with professionalism of this company. Job was done beautifully. Highly recommend!

I finally found my window cleaning company!!!!!! I have been putting this off for years bc we have different kinds of windows & different divides and everyone I talked to wanted to just guess over the phone! Bob is the first person to agree to come to the home and give me an estimate. He was here for over an hour and discussed all the different options and prices with me. He def wanted to work within my budget. We decided to do the worst windows at this time, and then have him come back in the fall to do all of them. I also wanted to see what kind of job they would do. Well, I can't say enough about their work. They use purified water (which is a special type of cleaning), which takes off all the previous detergents/cleaners. We have a wall full of east windows and if there is one smudge, it shows when the sun comes up! There was some unusual very small spots all over these windows and Bob mentioned that he thought they could be from our service that sprays for insects. They did not come off after the first cleaning (even though across the room, the glass looked amazing). Bob (the owner) himself came out and spent another hour scrubbing the spots with different brushes and applications to remove them. And now they are completely free of anything!! The customer service was incredible. They answered my questions on Angie's List within hours, they came exactly when they said they would, the workers were professional and answered all my questions, and they followed up the day after to see if I was happy. They immediately came back to fix the problem. I will now use them to service my home on a yearly basis. I also found out they do screens on porches, so that is something I'm going to add. I had them do the inside, outside and tracks. Outstanding job!

Precision Window Cleaning did a great job! When I called the owner and booked the appointment, it was scheduled quickly and they came out when they said they would. Our house was extremely dirty on the outside and they came and cleaned our home on a rainy day, during a thunderstorm and effectively cleaned the entire house! It looks good as new! They even replaced the screens when they were done! Top notch company and great customer service. I will be referring them to everyone in the neighborhood.

All work was done professionally, quickly, and with great care. My appointments were made to accommodate my schedule and an upcoming party. The crews were very friendly, puctual and took great care to protect my property both inside and out. I will definitely be hiring them again and again for more regular maintenance in and around my house.

Bob (owner) came to our house in the early evening during the week to give my wife and I an estimate on the following services: exterior whole-house power washing; exterior window cleaning; and gutter clean-out and whitening. This company is wonderful! Bob has been cleaning my windows for several years and always does a fantastic job. He and his brothers are professional, friendly, courteous, and hard-working. They always do more than I ask. Sometimes they find inside mirrors to help me out with, or my inside glass doors, including the fireplace glass. This time, I asked them to skip power washing the front porch because there were birds nesting in my wreathe. :) Bob offered to come back (no charge) and do it when the birds were gone...and I didn't even have to contact him about it, he contacted me to see if I was ready for it to be cleaned. Twice a year Precision does my windows and outdoor cleaning. I know Bob will call me in May and October to schedule. It's good to have a reliable company with trusted, professional workers. I highly recommend Precision Window Cleaning.

Bob was on time and very professional. He came prepared to performed all services previously quoted. He took great care of my property - bumper guards on ladder, wore booties on shoes when in the house, extra care with my landscape etc. He was one of the most cooperative and thorough contractors I have hired since moving to Columbus 7 years ago.
