"I hired this company to do a furnace service on my parents house which was in the middle of a pending sale. I left him a bad review on his hvac website after they tried to charge my elderly parents out of $10k which 4 other hvac professionals in the aftermath could not find this $10k problem. We had to pay all these other hvac people for their 2nd & 3rd opinions. In retaliation for this bad review, Armando Melchor then proceeded to get revenge on me by creating online accts in my name, for the purpose of leaving these reviews. I had to contact the online companies to delete these profiles & erase these internet revenge reviews from him. He is harassing me, trying to intimidate me & is getting internet revenge to slander my name, for a review I made about the complete nightmare we experienced through this hvac company."

"Marlon (NW Autowork) is top notch! I have a e90 m3 and had him and his tech Spencer install solid rear subframe bushings for me. They did a fantastic job! A+. If you have a bmw I highly suggest this shop especially if you’re in the Tacoma area. I’d say they are the best and I wouldn’t even bother with any other shops if you have a bmw and live in the south end. They are really the best and pricing is fair. You’ve earned my trust Marlon and Spencer is awesome. I’ll be back again for future mods A++++ Thank you again guys!"

"A&M bid on the job with a stripped down scope of work but for the same price as the original contractor. After we signed the contract, they missed 40% of their scheduled appointments. They sent a different guy out each time. They were not prepared with the parts and supplies specified in the electrical design and had to leave multiple times for parts, or order parts and come back. They did not complete the work specified in the contract. Bare wires shorted out in the main light switch box and required us to hire another electrician to repair because A&M refused to. Darin violently and legally threatened us and our general contractor when it was requested that the work be completed per agreement. Unethical. Unprofessional."
