+ -1 moreBrian is a craftsman and perfectionist as shown by the excellent work performed. In addition to the work he was hired to do, he ran across some roofing issues when installing the flashing. He repaired a hole in the roof and found matching shingles making a seamless repair job. He could have just covered the hold up as previously done.
Description of Work: Chimney restoration. A new cap was installed; mortar joints were grounded out and new mortar installed; new metal flashing installed; chimney sealed. Roof repaired around flashing.
