"They arrived on time. I asked them to cover the roof where the leaks were located with tarps. I explained the house would be demolished eventually so a roof repair was unnecessary. They didn't argue, instead they inspected the roof and located the leaks very quickly. They installed tarps, sprayed the black mold that had formed and used plywood to secure a waterlogged area of the ceiling. They did precisely what I had asked for and charged a reasonable amount. I will hire them again."

Several large sections of siding needed to be replaced, which NSHR accomplished expertly and with minimal impact on our living conditions. Where the structure under the siding was water-damaged, they quickly repaired it. After the repairs/replacements, NSHR pressure-washed the remainder of the outside. NSHR started the job as close to the estimated start date as the weather allowed and pursued the work doggedly, getting in as much as possible in the time available.
