Bee replaced siding and painted the south side of my home. They came in far lower than competitors quoted. They were on time, professional, and did fantastic work. From estimate to completion, it was all done within a week. I am hiring for my next project within a month.

Our Fircrest, WA house is dated 1955, with original cedar shake siding. Out of at least three contractors we had bid the project, High Cascade was the only contractor not pushing for Hardie Board. Nothing against Hardie Board, but the original cedar siding on 3/4 of the house was still in remarkable shape. We didnâ t want to waste it, and we like the look. High Cascade looked over the house with us and agreed that new siding was only really needed on one side of the house, and some spot repairs elsewhere. No pressure to replace all of the siding! New siding looks great, and with fresh paint on the entire exterior, our house looks like new! Weâ ll definitely keep High Cascade in mind for future home improvement projects.

Some damage to our Hardie board siding had occurred following a roof replacement about 5 years ago. Over time the exposed board edges (where the roof line and flashing tuck under the siding) continued to deteriorate and needed to be replaced. We reached out to 5 different contractors in our area - 4 of which said the job was just too small. High Cascade came out on a Friday and gave us a very reasonable estimate to remove and replace 3 entire sections of siding. Astonishingly, the work was started and completed the following Tuesday. The 2-man work team were courteous and respectful of our property. Their workmanship was first-rate. All together this was an excellent experience working with Joey, Sam and the High Cascade crew. We hope to contract with them again for some upcoming projects. Likewise, we will gladly recommend them to others. Dave D

Review We did full exterior remodel. Roof, gutters, addition of patio awning, and siding. Absolutely no pressure. Sam was thorough and accurate. He took the time to explain what I should look for in installation. He explained the pros and cons of the types of roofing. His measurements were accurate. We got estimates ranging in difference from four squares on the roof and six squares on the siding. When the materials came and were installed, there was only a small amount left that aligned with squares and a margin for error. Some contractors tried to state that contractors can overrun by up to 30% cost without permission. We were assured estimate was accurate and told where unforeseen costs might be. We did run into a major water damage issue on the siding. The issue was clear (could put finger through the backing material with no pressure) and the change to the bid was what was quoted to replace with plywood should an issue arise. LNI reports showed clear on license and inspections which was not the case with all bids. Scheduling: The dates and times for scheduling were accurate. Project started when projected and ended when projected. Installation: The crews assigned were fabulous. Prior to the construction, Raphael notified neighbors and provided contact information in case of any issues. The crews obviously have worked together long term and were friendly and accommodating. For the siding, each night was cleaned well, and it was a worksite, so setup stayed. The setup was as unobtrusive and minimal as possible. Materials were protected. Over a weekend predicted rain, plywood needed was protected with wrap to ensure it stayed dry. For roofing, the cleanup was meticulous, and nothing on the ground would suggest a tear off, or work was happening. Cleanup on both projects was thorough enough nightly to allow us to use the driveway and garage without fear of picking up a nail. Materials were high quality, and with supply chain issues, there were no low end substitutions. Finishing was thorough and on point. The cords, connections, and house numbers were put back in place. I didnâ t like our previous house numbers and purchased some. I had to work so I left them on the porch. They were installed beautifully. If youâ re looking at interior or exterior work I highly recommend High Cascade homes.

Joey and his team were extremely knowledgeable about what we needed for a product! He also was on time, on budget and thoroughly cleaned up the property when they were done. I was so happy with his work that I hired him to do a kitchen remodel too!

Had siding put on. Great work and punctual

This is the third time we have hired High Cascade Homes. First project was roofing. Second, gutters. And last, residing with James Hardie siding. All of the work was performed completely and to the highest degree of perfection. They actually did a few extra's they felt would help the functionality and appearance. After the job(s) were finished, we couldn't tell that they were even here. They left our home and yard absolutely spotless. No stray nails or scrapes of material. The communication was complete and thorough. Joey kept us informed on arrival times and other things. The job(s) were started and finished as stated. No delays or "We can't make it today." Overall, a great and ambitious company that is aiming to perform well and maintain a high standard in the industry.

Really impressed by the professionalism of the crew. And their speed. Was told it would take 2 to 3 days but they finished it in one except for the clean up because it got dark. They were back at 7am the next morning to clean up. If I had any complaints, it would be the fact they kept leaving my gate open and I have dogs.
