"Was not a simple house to have built, the design had way to many errors. Elevation was not to scale and once built it started to show, that it was not to scale. If you like looking at A post out your window or a gutter in front of your window. Then this is the team for you. Fascia from gable almost touching the door trim. Just a mess. Luckily the framers could fix some of it. They did a quick redesign of the roof."

We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. They send a very sharp and competant salesman to your house, then once you have committed, they miss the install date (had to beg them to come) leave detritus all over your driveway they will never pick up, and install a stove that belches smoke into your house and not up the chimney. Still smelling it. Do not give them the final payment, for you will never hear from them again and they will not fix their errors. Wish I could give zero stars. ChimCare is a very expensive scam company. 8K down the drain, plus the money it will cost to haul their mess to the dump. Don't contract them"
