They tricked us into a contract 3 years ago by their door to door sales guy and the terms of the contract were totally different than what the person promised to us while selling the service. They use harmful chemicals for pest control, they have ambiguous clauses on their contract like they mention they offer free reservice, but the reservice is really like stopping by and talk the homeowner out of providing the service. Even after servicing the house for 3 years, they couldn't get rid of the insect problems we are seeing inside and outside the house. Whenever I reported an issue with a rodent, they tried to talk me out of providing the service and tried to sell some premium service to take care of that specific rodent."

So far I've done swarm catches, honeybee cutouts, bumblebee removals/relocations, and swarm box catching. I'm also familiar with trap-outs and other methods with practice. Thank you.

"If I could give this company a 0 I would. They treated my yard with what they said was pet safe products and within 12 hours of treatment 1 of of dogs got very sick. Then every 4 days each of my 5 dogs got very sick costing thousands in vet bills. The only changes in our household was them treating our property. I called right away and told them I didn't want to have them come out again. Then 2 months later they call and said that they are going to charge me canceling without notice which I told them I didn't want them to come out again. He was threatening me on the phone. Trying to force me to say "yes" to treating my property. Then said to prove it was his product that made my dogs ill. They don't do toxicology on dogs that I know of and 2 months later! Now they want me to pay them for a service I don't want or received. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS!"

After college, they took all the good and the bad they learned along the way to create Alta. The owners are brothers who were taught honesty, hard work, and serving others by their parents. "The sales man was very good, he has a very well rehearsed speech and I essentially signed up for a year of pest control. Someone was supposed to show up Friday afternoon to come and take a look at the house, I made a lot of special provisions for them to come and look up the damage in my house, in the kitchen and in the attic. Basically, they didn't show up and there's no one to contact. I told him I was very upset and I am not gonna work with them any further, then today I got an email, not apologizing for not showing up and they said they didn't show up because it was too dark and that they need to reschedule. They basically failed to communicate with me with the appointment status and just didn't show up and I'm not working with them any further."
