TRIGUARD PEST CONTROL PORTLAND

If I could give this company a 0 I would. They treated my yard with what they said was pet safe products and within 12 hours of treatment 1 of of dogs got very sick. Then every 4 days each of my 5 dogs got very sick costing thousands in vet bills. The only changes in our household was them treating our property. I called right away and told them I didn't want to have them come out again. Then 2 months later they call and said that they are going to charge me canceling without notice which I told them I didn't want them to come out again. He was threatening me on the phone. Trying to force me to say "yes" to treating my property. Then said to prove it was his product that made my dogs ill. They don't do toxicology on dogs that I know of and 2 months later! Now they want me to pay them for a service I don't want or received. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS!

Do not use this company, you will very much regret doing so when you try and terminate the contract that you probably did not realize when you signed up. Close the door on the salesman and save yourself a headache. I was able to warn people on my block about this company.

Do Not use this company. They just show up without calling, they're rude when called, I have written by email to stop service. They just continue to take money from my account, whether they service or not. Don't get caught up in there web, literally. Also when they did supposedly spray front and around doors, there were still spider webs very noticeable. I am attaching my written request to stop comeing now for second time. I also have a serious health issue that I can't be around toxins. They don't care.

10 days after service more spiders and webs, and some that never got cleared Called to let them know I'd like them to come back as I was told it would be cleared. Lady, told me no they won't come back out and to wait for my next quarter, pay another 100.00, that should help I let her k on their ad says 100% guarantee. She said no and if I canceled I would be responsible for balance. They send out salesmen door knocking and promise 1 thing and when it's not up to standard they threaten you I told her I'd get in touch with BBB and she said they don't belong, and hung.up on me Horrible customer service, horrible service. Try another pest control co.

One of their technicians caused damage to my car. They're denying responsibility and refusing to pay for damages. Zach from Tri Guard Pest Control put a nice dent and took some paint off right above the driver door handle with one of their tools. Unsurprisingly and conveniently they're "very confident our technician didn't cause the damage." Hmmm... Well I'm 100% certain he did as it wasn't there prior to his arrival and when I went out to my car immediately after he left, there was a dent. It was in a spot I could not miss and a dent so deep I noticed it immediately as I rounded the corner. Of course, it's he said she said, so why would they spend money they don't have to? F*** 'em.

It was fantastic! They took care of the rats. Spiders the stupid ants. I had wasps and I called them and they showed up the same day!

Fantastic! The Triguard technician that came to our home was very knowledgeable and kind. He took care of our ant and rodent concerns. I’m so glad that He went into the crawl space and treated down there. Triguard definitely exceeded my expectations.

I am very appreciative for the effectiveness of the services they do. Office is always helpful answering my questions and working around my schedule. My technician checks in with me when he arrives and before he leaves. They are professional and patient while addressing my concerns. I have recommended them to my neighbors and family.

The staff at Trigaurd are amazing!! They came and took care of our ant and spider problems quickly and professionally. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he would be doing and how it was going to help our situation. And the best thing is we haven’t seen any bugs since they came to rescued us!! I would recommend them to everyone I know!!

The technicians that have come to my home have always been polite and knowledgeable. They have solved all our pest issues. Very glad they knocked on our door.
