Don is very knowledgeable and looks for the small things that can help keep the rats out of my house (like stapling hardware cloth around the propane (spigot ? ) on the outside of my house.

Initial visit - blocked outside access to crawl space & set traps. 2 return visits to pick up dead rats and reset traps. Gave advice on how to further ways to block access. I trapped some of the inside rats, and they kept the crawl space cleared with traps set. I have signed up for 2 additional monthly visits to make sure I am on top of the problem. Ask for Don, he is super friendly and concientious.

He provided an estimate over the phone and while it was a hard selll, it was professional.

They will come again once a month for three months and then re-evaluate. The first one was $190 and then it will be monthly around $70 and $90. This is my first experience with this type of provider so I don't have much. The initial does not give you much of an experience. They were professional and knowledgeable. The price was right in the ballpark. I checked three different ones. They were right in the same ballpark. I don't usually give a report on the first time until I have more of a track record to make that decision. They just go around and spray. You do not know if this is going to be a short term or long term thing. Responsiveness so far has been good. They called before they came out to let me know.

The guy came when they were starting to go into hibernation, which I did not know ants did, but they do. He went around the house doing what he said was an inspection. I personally don’t think he did inspect. The office people were fantastic, they were very nice. It’s just that their technician, he is a little lacking.

I wouldn't want to say F but the person they sent out was not knowledgeable in pest control at all. They couldn't guarantee that they would take care of the problem. We had a mouse problem and they couldn't guarantee their work. Quality I guess would consider sending somebody out who is knowledgeable so in that area they kind of failed. So I guess quality I have to give an F. They came out right away to give us the estimates. I believe it was within a couple of days of us calling. I wasn't home that day but according to my husband they did show up on time. That would be an F considering professionalism also encompasses that whole being knowledgeable.

Super fast response. I left message for them Sunday evening after discovering the monstrosity, got a call back first thing Monday. The nest was removed by 9am Super nice and professional all around.

Excellent, professional service. We worked with Jake. He was prompt and thorough during his initial inspection and on the day of service. He definitely knows his business! We also appreciated how he listened to our concerns. Our contract included two follow-up visits; one of which has occurred since the writing of this review. No new rodents! We are very pleased with the quality of service we have received thus far from Independent Pest Solutions and plan to call on them again in the future if the need arises.

All of the insulation they used was Eco friendly. They completed all of this work in one day and have followed up with us 3 times to make sure the rats have not gotten back in. They sealed everything to make sure they couldn't get back in. Although this was a pricey job it is definitely not a job I would want to do myself. They are very easy to work with and are very accommodating. They also completely cleaned up after themselves.

Agent came the very next day after my inquiry to give me a quote as well as a detailed description of the process. The quote was so much more reasonable than the previous quote I had gotten from another vendor that I went with the service immediately. They had the product down on the lawn, etc. and in a matter of about 15 minutes, they were packing up and giving me my receipt. Very nice young man by the name of David displayed great professionalism and had a very pleasant manner about himself. Good job.

Scott, Ben & Mark were extremely knowledgable, professional and very hard workers. They had a very small crawl space to work in. Throughout all - they were gracious, kind and even smiled. Definitely will use this service again. They get rid of bugs and spiders too!

They do a good job. They call and come when they are supposed to be. The are very good.

We first had them come out to see what the noise was under the house and to re-screen our crawl space vents. That went well. We got another noise under the house a week or so later, so called them to come back out, which they did free of charge. At that time I signed up for their quarterly service plan for preventative pest control. We have had them out several more times because of noises under the house, but finally think the pest is gone.

They gave me helpful information. The price they quoted me was lower than what I expected. I look forward to using their service.

I like their services. They are pretty dependable and very thorough. I pay them on a quarterly basis. I have not used anybody else, so I don’t know how their price is. I would use them again in the future.
