"We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend and hire Side Pro again for any siding, roofing or painting that I need done in the future."

"If I could do minus on the stars I would give a -5 stars. This company is horrible and Skylar Jump is rude beyond beleif. He came out and did the bid for the job, and he told me what it would cost me. 1/2 down and the other 1/2 upon completion of the job. They installed new drywall but did not make it flush at the corners, leaving big gaps and putting in large gouges. He and his crew left garbage all over the yard, stole materials and left my house compromised and exposed to the elements. Also damaged some of my vintage furniture from the Hoquiam Castle. So no replacing those. He was calling me and his crew inappropriate names and telling me that I don't listen, constantly interrupting me and told me that my family member who is an expert in siding doesn't know anything and started dising people. Also will not give you a receipt for money paid and will not give you a break down of the job. Also, when picking up materials from Home Depot, he will charge materials for another job onto your account. Do not hire this company unless you want to punish yourself and lose your money."

"First, I want to say that I don’t generally provide reviews or recommendations. Marquez roofing is an exception. Martin and his crew went above and beyond to expertly replace 2 roof’s on my waterfront homes. One was a standard comp roof with steep pitch. They replaced with quality 30 yr shingle and also removed a crumbling brick chimney and added extra ventilation in the process. They finished both replacements in February between back to back winter storms in less than 4 days. The workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. The 2nd roof was a typical PNW “flat” roof structure on a MIL cabin that had been problematic over many years. He recommended replacing the black asphalt roofing with a better quality and longer lasting white TPO roofing material. It was an excellent choice. He included adequate ventilation (which was missing) and replaced ONLY the failing OSB underlayment with quality plywood. I watched and inspected their workmanship throughout and was impressed with their craftsmanship and especially appreciative because there was a very short time span between winter storms. He and his crew worked into the final frigid evening with lights to ensure completion before the heavy snow that fell early the next morning. This flat roof had always presented challenges and it performed magnificently during that snowstorm. After the fact, due to a miscommunication on my part about how I wanted the edges of this flat roof to be raised so water didn’t fall off to the sides, Martin came up with a quality solution and returned to make my vision a reality and only for the cost of materials. He was genuinely vested in my vision as it this was his own home. It has been nearly 3 years and this once problematic flat roof has performed flawlessly. The entire process from initial inspection, quote and installation was seamless and timely. As Project Manager, Destiny Marquez did an outstanding job of communicating throughout and setting expectations. The price was extremely competitive and it’s clear Martin and his crew care deeply about the quality of their work - true craftsmanship! I highly recommend them."

"Took a shot at Rain Proof Roofing based on the positive reviews at the time on my search. Mike called me to setup a visit within 48-hrs of my submitting my request for quote. When he came to inspection/survey my roof, he found several sun damaged/installation mistakes on several flapper vents and roof vents, as well as vent stake seals. The total time on roof was less than 30-mins. He showed me some images of the issues and we discussed to paths, just replace the vents with issues or replace all of them. I went with replacing all vents with metal (existing ones were plastic). Mike got the proposal to me within 7-days. I compared with responses to the other two vendors I selected and Mikes was the best. The repair date was set and repairs were performed 3-weeks after the inspection. Chris was methodical in his work on replacing the vents and seals. It took him about 4 hours to complete the work (2-hours over the estimate). Chris explained that it took longer than he expected due to issues with a few of the vents and is strive to complete the work effectively. When complete, he showed me several of the removed vents/covers to show issues not seen during the inspection. Total: $2,500 This is a small company and this added to their drive to do top-tier work."

"Not five stars 10 stars Eugene (the owner) and his team (Rene & Crew) Did the work in Feb 2025 The weather was perfect but cold in the first two days After that it was rain, cold, snow, and freeze Somehow, someway, they got it done in less than a week I was concerned with the weather conditions all around But the work got done on time Eugene kept me calm by responding to all my questions and concerns The crew was unbelievable Their work ethic and professionalism are second to none The roofing product was first class The workmanship was of highest quality Almost impossible to put these into words As an owner of the house and getting the roof replaced will only happen once in my lifetime This was so important to get it done right I got a lot of bids The price was too good to be true Now that the work was completed I would pay the higher end of my bids knowing the excellent work they did Throughout, Eugene was communicating with me timely How can anyone top this?"

"I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

"Guardian advertises a "Gentle Wash" roof cleaning/moss removal process. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, they use an industrial strength air compressor and hire inexperienced, poorly trained, incompetent non-English speaking employees to perform this work. The result: While under a three (3) year contract, Guardian has destroyed my GAF 50 year guaranteed roof by shredding and removing the protective granules down to the asphalt itself. The damage is so extensive and widespread, it cannot be repaired. My roof needs to be entirely replaced at a cost of ~ $35K to $40K for a like kind of material. Guardian has attempted to mitigate the damage by inserting a new thin starter row shingle to "Hide" (not replace) the damage shingles around the entire perimeter of my home. This is an unacceptable remedy. I am awaiting for Guardian's attorney to respond to my request for compensation. Complaints also filed with BBB and the C of C."
