Awesome. We needed some information about our roof. We had previously been told that it needed replacing. Chuck came out and gave us an honest description of what our roof needed and it was NOT as we had been told before. I so appreciated his candor—he easily could have tried to sell us a new roof, instead he showed true integrity and trustworthiness. Thank you, Chuck! We have found our new roofing company for all of our future roofing needs!!

They were easy to get a quote from and get scheduled in a reasonable period of time. They guys who did the work on site where knowledgeable and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned everything that fell to the ground also. The people in the office were helpful and responsive. Overall great to work with and made things easy for me. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

Everyone was excellent from start to finish, from the folks I spoke with on the phone, to the folks to texted details to me, to the tech who did the actual work. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything went quickly and smoothly. Valentine always got back to me very quickly and always provided thorough, accurate information. There were no surprises, and we're very happy with the work that Antony, their tech, did on our roof, gutters, and windows. Poor guy worked all day, but he did an excellent job. There was a lot of moss on our roof, and a lot of it fell into our yards as he was working. But by the time he left, everything was spotless. Couldn't be happier. Please give Antony a giant raise and promotion RIGHT NOW.

I had a roof and gutter cleaning service but I also needed a plastic patio cover cleaned - it had 17 years of heavy moss buildup. The last person who cleaned my roof was afraid to go up there - he said it was too dangerous. The two brave guys from Valentine took care of it and did a great job! Will definitely work with Valentine again!

Dave was knowledgeable, thorough and more than responsive. Walked with me around the house, pointed out issues, got up on the roof and checked the attic. Sat down to present and explain Valentine’s process (materials, technological improvements, workmen, cleanup) and options; answered all my questions- was never “pushy.” Included a discount with the estimate plus indicated he could possibly offer a bit more if that would weigh in the balance when I was comparing estimates.

We recently had our gutters polished by Valentine Roofing. They did an excellent job removing dirt and grime to make our gutters look almost new. We also had Valentine clean our roof and gutters, and they did an excellent job there too. They installed our roof in 2011 and it still looks new in 2024.

Another great maintenance job was done on our roof. We are grateful for this program since it keeps our roof in good condition. Our skylights were cleaned plus the gutters.

Eric was a great communicator and explainer. No pressure: explained everything, with examples of the product and the work process. Excellent in all ways.

Cody was a pleasure to work with. He conducted a very detailed and thorough inspection of our roof. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his assessment and recommendations. He left information materials and samples with us to review and had a detailed estimate to us within 24 hrs. We interacted with several company’s while going through the selection process, but Cody and Valentine made the selection of roofing company’s easy for us. We highly agree with their moto: “get three bids just make sure one is from Valentine”.

The two gentlemen that serviced our roof spoke very little English, one maybe none at all as he just pointed to his partner. From what I can tell they brushed off the roof and spread 3-4 cans of moss killer. I received a text at 4:50 this afternoon with before/after photos, but no inspection report was left yesterday after the work was done or today? We had asked about roof anchors...but don't think the workers understood and none were installed.

I would not trust Valentine to clean your roof. Valentine came to clean my roof and was here about one hour. At first I thought the tech went to lunch then I realized he left. Drain spouts were clogged with needles and the gutters had mud and moss in them. I emailed pictures of the clogged downspout and mud, moss and debris in the gutter, and told them they needed to come back out. No response. I left a voicemail and response was immediate via email. They had fantastic photos of the exterior of the gutters but none of the interior. They agreed to send a tech back out. The tech arrived and cleaned out the downspouts and left. I told Valentine they have not finished yet. Valentine got rude with me again and said because of the snow they couldn’t finish. The tech told my wife he was all done and would not be returning. Several days later they came back and finished. Its been a constant argument with Valentine to get them to do what they said they did.

Estimator Greg McKeever showed up precisely on time for scheduled appointment . He checked the attic as well as the roof and pointed out a few issues backed up with photos then did a thorough job going over the proposal.

Got my initial bid from Valentine roofing. I found their quote to be competitive. Greg was super friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I am currently evaluating all bids I have received so still have not locked on the final company I will go with but very positive experience so far. Greg is awesome

Arrived on time and began work at daylight. Finished roof cleaning and treatment, cleaned gutters, and cleaned debris from around house, driveway, and back deck. Much better job performance than previous years. Very satisfied with this cleaning crew!

Chick was very knowledgeable and thorough in identifying and then explaining the issue with my roof. He presented multiple options and got me a quote the same day.

Overall, the job was well done. However, the service/inspection report indicated that there are some cracked ridge caps on the roof, but without any photos to show how severe the problem is. I hope that customers would have been provided with more detailed information of found problems, so they can make further decisions in the future.

Jeremy was fantastic, quick, obviously an expert at his job and I absolutely love the results. Our house looks amazing with these custom fit Christmas lights. Even dropped the connect to a non standard place (a 3rd floor deck) without hesitation. Thank you!

Valentine roofing is such a blessing our roof had been leaking for about 6 years and I was nominated to get a full replacement at no cost. They were efficient on time with all their scheduling The employees were super friendly and always had nothing but nice things to say about the company that they work for. They went above and beyond the scope of what they were going to do by not only replacing the roof but replacing the gutters and also the sheetrock inside the house that was damaged due to the water leaking. They also gave us Mariner tickets so me and my family could enjoy a Mariner game. What amazing experience and again just a blessing to have gotten to know them I will be referring them to all my friends and family from here on out.
