Rafael and his team provided excellent services for my father and I. He is very communicative and offers his professional advice and expertise at a great price. Considering how complicated the task was, he was very gracious with us and worked closely with our timetable. I would strongly recommend him and his company to anyone that is looking for help on any project around the house.

I had issues with old siding, golden quality builds came out and gave me an estimate that was in my budget. They were fantastic and the quality of the work of amazing. My house looks 100x better with the new siding. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for someone to replace their siding. Their work, ease to work with me, and price is 10 out of 10 recommend!

We were on a tight budget due to unforeseen costs from other parts of our lives. Rafael was very accommodating and helped guide us to the best option. We had our garage completely resided but could afford the whole house. They did one side of the house which was critical. The cost was within bid given and the work was amazingly fast, friendly and professional. We will use them again to finish the rest of the house once we are back financially.

Rafael’s team did a great job! Rafael was responsive and courteous through the whole process. I got estimates from several people (including my regular contractor) and Rafael came in the lowest. It wasn’t a trade off in quality though. My new deck is beautiful and I’m very happy with it!

Golden Quality Builds did an incredible job with my home remodel. The house wasn't updated since the 80's and definitely was in need of an update. After getting a quote from the owner, Rafael Torres, we adjusted some pricing to make sure it fits within my budget and I gave him a time-line of when we can start the job. They completely updated the interior in four weeks. The communication was great, work was thorough, and still kept in touch after tge remodel was complete to ensure everything was up to my expectations. I will definitely use this company again for my next home remodel.

Excellent experience. Rafael from Golden Quality Builds was a very good communicator and ensured I knew the scope of work, timelines, and when his team would be on site since we were living here during the project. He was able to work with us within our budget and made sure the work was done to code so it would pass inspections. His team was knowledgeable and when we ran into issues related to the age and poor prior maintenance of the house he made sure I knew what my options were. The house looks great and is more comfortable to live in already. We feel confident the work will last for decades to come. I would definitely recommend Golden Quality Builds, and we are looking into some smaller follow up projects we'll hire them for in the future.

Rafeal and his crew did amazing work. The previous owner of our home did an add on and cut corners. We knew the siding work was bad and that it needed to be replaced. When Golden Quality Builds started work, Rafeal was very informative on what the siding removal revealed. He was ready with suggestions and showed us exactly what needed to be repaired before moving forward. The evening that we were informed of each new singing we had an estimate ready. It only took an additional week from what we expected which was REALLY fast since there were two sizable discoveries after work began. The entire process was smooth and despite the additional repairs, we are not stressed as Rafeal established trust with his communication, great craftsmanship, immediate solutions and friendly attitude. The finished work is golden quality. We will definately be using them for future home improvements. Great work and amazing pricing!

The work and customer service were stellar! Golden Quality Builds superior attention to detail and work ethic remained consistent from start to finish on my project. I am extremely happy with the job and am the envy of the neighborhood! I really appreciated regular communication and updates from the team working on my house. I’m currently making a list of jobs that I want them to complete and I’ve referred them to friends. I feel like I found a hidden gem and am thankful for small businesses like this one that work hard and do great work.
