The 5 by 5 square floor section of subfloor that they replaced after mold was removed was done completely incorrectly and horribly. That already had to be torn back up and replaced. Then we had to get our final invoice changed as they charged for services that were not performed at our house. Finally the communication was horrible in that we were not updated on what was happening and they did not communicate very well with each other causing what should have been a 2 day job to be 7 days total. Overall it was not a good experience and I would not recommend them to anyone."

However some of the work completed was unnecessary and really expensive. I asked ahead of time to be provided with an estimate and they didn't comply. My basement includes a living room, and 1 bedroom. The water damage was located in one area yet they removed ALL doors, 10 to be exact, 2 feet of drywall, baseboards, carpet, and a porcelain sink! The doors didn't withstand water damage yet they were removed. When I asked the technician about the door and sink removal his response was, "the insurance will pay for the replacement." They charged my insurance 16,000 dollars! Please don't go with this company unless they provide you with a quote before they start the work. "
