I had water damage from a loose sump pump value during President's Day weekend. They responded expeditiously and a crew was in my house within the hour. However some of the work completed was unnecessary and really expensive. I asked ahead of time to be provided with an estimate and they didn't comply. My basement includes a living room, and 1 bedroom. The water damage was located in one area yet they removed ALL doors, 10 to be exact, 2 feet of drywall, baseboards, carpet, and a porcelain sink! The doors didn't withstand water damage yet they were removed. When I asked the technician about the door and sink removal his response was, "the insurance will pay for the replacement." They charged my insurance 16,000 dollars! Please don't go with this company unless they provide you with a quote before they start the work.

I regret ever hiring these guys. They came to my house after a faucet leak and gutted my almost the entire house but for the masters bedroom, then the asked for $84,000.00. The rest is history. This was the worst experience ever. I still regret ever hiring them and will never recommend them to anyone

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They came into my house and they were supposed to do mold testing and mitigation in one room only. And before I knew it all my rooms were gutted to the studs. They broke my thermostat, left me with no heat. Did not pack up my personal belongings put them in black garbage bags. Threw them on the floor and multiple items were broken, missing, or thrown away. After contacting Robert the owner of the company, he refused to talk to me and became very ignorant. My insurance company is only paying to replace the kitchen and half of the den. I have no idea how I am going to get my other 3 rooms replaced. I thought if I went to Angi I would get a professional contractor but I did not. I am going to my local new station. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Could not communicate With people left to do the work. They tried to demolish what did not need demolished. Did not leave the dryers for as long as they said needed to be left to dry out the rooms. Over priced.
