I strongly recommend this company. My carpet was flooded. I called this company the next morning to restore the carpet for me from the water damage. With his busy schedule Israel came to restore my carpet for me professionally in a matter of seconds with his crew. Israel is truly the spinal cord of this company.

Israel did a great job assessing mold and removing it. He tested the air before and after in my living space. Isolated the area where he was working, used fans and HEPA filters. He accidentally broke a light fixture and replaced it, just like new.

HIRE Israel! He is the best mold inspector out there!! He was very patient and willing to deal with my husband and Iâ s black mold issue. Last minute we found out there was black mold growing under the carpets (the subfloors) and Israel came out and helped us at such a short notice. He did amazing work and was so kind. Worth every penny!!

Israel did an excellent job of giving us specific details of what the job entailed and step by step explanations as he completed each step. He was extremely professional, polite, and did an excellent job of preparation the environment and cleaning up (including shampooing the carpet) afterwards. He is an outstanding ambassador for this company!

I goofed up and dumped about a quart of paint on the carpet. David immediately returned my service request and walked me through mitigating the issue in the short term. He then quickly got me set up to get the carpet treated. The carpet looks good as new. I really appreciated the above and beyond service! Will use again next time I need the carpets cleaned.

Israel is a pleasure to work with. Quickly gave us a an accurate quote over the phone, worked with our schedule to book us on a Saturday, arrived early, finished the job quickly (hardwood floor, carpet, and tile / grout cleaning), documented exactly what he did in photos and videos, and showed these to us when he was wrapping up so we could see exactly what we paid for. Everything was squeaky clean! Israel is a great communicator, and approaches his work with enthusiasm and professionalism, giving a top-class customer service experience. Would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely will work with Environmental Control again for any future floor cleaning needs, and would recommend the same for anyone else.

Israel was a champ! Vaccuumed before he started cleaning, which other companies have not. He pre-treated the traffic areas, gave us lots of information about dealing with dog hair, and did an excellent job overall. Highly recommend!
